Surgical procedure
Sam ran to the operating room. He immediately leaves all his work when he hears that Juna was in an accident.
In front, he sees Jo moving back and forth while calling someone.
"Please call me when you arrive. It's urgent."
Jo turns off his phone when he sees Sam coming.
"Why did he get in an accident?"
"It's because there's a rat." "This is because of Juna's business enemy" explained Jo in obscurity.
"Where's her boyfriend? Tiffany?"
"He just went to America. Never mind, quickly save Juna" said Jo annoyed.
Sam kept the other question, because now he had to go inside.
Inside there are 2 doctors who handle Juna. Sam wore his operating clothes before taking on Juna.
"The condition is critical. The wound went through the lungs, so it had to be surgically removed." explains one of the doctors on Sam.
"Possible safety?" ask Sam to the point.
"50%"
Sam breathed a heavy sigh. Juna is so fucking shit. He lives alone and has to experience this. Who else will be in charge of Juna now?
"You know this guy?"
"I'm his friend. The person in front was his secretary. Hows it? Can we just get approval from his secretary?" Sam revealed his question in frustration.
"The other family?"
"Nothing."
"We can't do the surgery."
Sam bowed his body towards Juna.
"You heard Jun, hurry up and have a family." "If necessary, I'll pull Tiffany and the civil registry here, so hang on." she whispered in Juna's ear.
After that, he went back out to meet Jo.
"Juna has to be operated on and needs family approval" Sam told Jo, who did not stop pacing back and forth.
"I'm his family."
"You're his secretary." Sam emphasized his tone to be clear.
"But I'm already part of Juna's life."
"Gosh my god, quickly think, find Juna's closest family."
"Megan!" jo finally remembers Megan's name.
"What does Juna have to do with Megan? You don't have Jo."
"He's his twin brother, Sam."
"Twin brother?" Those words came out of Marsha's mouth and not Sam's.
Marsha's coming with Ken. He almost fainted hearing Jo's confession. Fortunately, there was Ken who supported him.
"Here you go, don't ask me. I just don't know the story. Just meet Megan. Save Juna." Shouted Jo who was getting annoyed because of the 3 pairs of eyes that were staring at him sharply.
"Jo, you owe me a lot of explanations." - Todong Marsha.
He chose to sit in front of the operating room because his brain was still digesting Jo's words.
"Megan's in the VVIP room. You go there." continued Jo.
Sam, still in disbelief, inevitably told one of the nurses to meet Megan to immediately ask for her autograph.
"I went back inside. Juna's condition isn't very good."

Jo, Ken, and Marsha sat in rows without saying anything. They decided not to argue before the doctor finished the surgery.
'Czech' The door is open. Sam and 2 other doctors came out with tired faces.
Seeing that, the three of them immediately stood facing Sam.
"How's Sam?" ask Marsha first.
"Juna will recover soon. We can move him into the room if he's conscious." explains Sam as briefly as possible. "Jo, tonight you have to call me." Sam said before leaving. He was eager to hear Jo's explanation, but there was another surgery schedule he had to do.
Jo, Marsha and Ken are still standing staring at Sam's departure.
Jo's just about to step away, but Marsha's pulling him.
"Quick explain everything." todong Marsha.
Jo finally told me all the problems she knew. He told me about Tim who went with Tiffany, and about Tim's message before he went about the bodyguard that Juna hired.
Marsha listened seriously. He had never heard from Juna since they broke up. Marsha doesn't think Megan is Juna's twin sister and Tiffany leaves with Tim.
"What about that guy?" ask Jo after finishing the story.
"I've been safe. Let me take care of that. My life has been too flat lately" Marsha said with a sly smile.
"You should find a man who can stand up comedy." suggested Jo while twitching his dizzy head. He no longer cared what Marsha would do with the man. Now Jo must focus on waiting and looking after Juna.
