Powerless

The village chief's office has been telling people to talk about Ardella's pregnancy. The village is believed that pregnant women out of wedlock angered the ancestors, and ironically they feared a disaster would hit the village.

Batara returned to Ardella, she hugged her sister's body that had been trembling. Ardella was crying in her brother's arms.
