chapter 30: The Limitations of Spatial Nature

After Qing Shui learned of the various charms and effects of the Realm of the Violet Jade Immortal, he could not help but smile even in his sleep. Now, with him being the master of the spatial realm, he no longer needed to carry a backpack. And how could the storage ring in the legends compare to this? The laughter seemed to unify all of his anger, anxiety, and worries that had been weighing down his heart, and disperse them all together with the echoing laughter.

Qing Shui cut a large piece of meat from the back leg of the giant condor, and started roasting it after he lit the fire. This was the first time Qing Shui had personally performed barbecue. Previously, he had only observed the members of the Qing Clan doing so. Now that she tried it herself, Qing Shui knew that it was not as easy as it seemed!

“Hah why am I banned from entering?” Qing Shui refused to believe it, and continued to try to enter. Looking at the sky, Qing Shui concluded that about 2 hours had passed, and that he had not, and in the last 2 hours he must have tried to enter it over 1000 times! He had no choice but to conclude that there seemed to be some sort of boundary and set rules for entering the Realm of the Violet Jade Immortal.
Every 2 hours spent outside of the spatial realm, was roughly equivalent to 16 days within it. As long as he drank the water from the crystal pond, Qing Shui had noticed a speck of purple-colored pearl located right in the middle of his eyebrows! As she looked at it, Qing Shui already knew that this was a mini version of the pendant that had always hung around her neck.
“Argh, I don't have time to joke.” Anxiety filled his heart, Qing Shui continued to try again and again to enter the spatial realm, but to no avail. The sweat pouring out after repeated failures frustrated him beyond measure.
“This damn prank, please stop pranking your father, damn it, If I can't get in again, I better jump down the mountain” Qing Shui cussed desperately, so I'm afraid, it was only when there was no one that he would allow.he lost such control, with dirty words coming out of his lips.
After the sun set and the sky darkened, Qing Shui was still trying to enter the spatial realm. Qing Shui insisted on trying to enter every hour. Unknowingly, it was already approaching midnight, arriving at the Zi* period*. TL Note: Zi Period – time between 11pm and 1am.
Tonight, a full moon, a silvery-white light flowed down, gently shining down on the mountain. It was a pity that Qing Shui was not wanting to enjoy the beautiful scenery. He had already gone mad from anxiety, occasionally extending his hand to feel the jade pendant embedded between his eyebrows, sighing in relief every time he discovered that it was still there.
For the next hour, Qing Shui kept trying to enter the spatial realm again and again, but. No matter what he did, he was unable to calm his restless heart!
After the Zi period passed, Qing Shui tried again. Surprisingly, he finally succeeded! The instant when he entered the Realm of the Violet Jade Immortal almost made tears come out of his eyes.

As if she was trying to make up for all the time she failed to enter before, Qing Shui experimented again and again.

The longest period that allowed the user to stay in the spatial realm, was a period of about 15-16 days, equivalent to 2 hours in the outside world. Each night, after the Zi period had passed, the entire cycle would be reset, and users would be able to spend another 16 days inside the spatial realm.
“Why Violet Jade Immortal did not write down this rule on the stone monument, making me panic without worry.” After Qing Shui discovered the boundary using the spatial realm, he became much more relaxed. In these few days, the dirty words he had let out, were even more than what he had said all his life!
In the next few days, Qing Shui would always stay in the spatial realm before he was forcefully expelled. 2 hours outside was equivalent to 16 days in the spatial realm! Utilizing this effect, Qing Shui took the opportunity to read and memorize all the contents of the 3 medical books he had brought. After undergoing the transformation of his body and obtaining the Yin-Yang symbol in his sea of consciousness, Qing Shui discovered that his memorizing power and level of comprehension had reached a frightening stage..

b) see the mountain as not a mountain, see the river as not a river
c) so the mountain remains the mountain, the river remains the river
Note TL: The previous chapter, the author states the time ratio is [100:1], but in this chapter, the author states that 2 hours in the outside world is equivalent to 15-16 days in the spatial realm. After some calculations if 2 hours \= 16 days, the exact ratio should be [192:1]. I was too lazy to do the calculation for 2 hours \= 15 days lol. Not too sure if the author makes a mistake in this regard.well, for now just enjoy the story first, I will edit in the future after reading the raw.
