CHAPTER 6 - The Surprising News

In the office, Adam and Johan live, re-talking about their plan to make Alex bear their mistakes.

"You must accept this matchmaking Han," Firmly Adam and Johan shook their heads strongly.

"No, Johan already has a wife pi. How's irene? Johan had promised to marry her after her contract was over." Johan refused Adam.

"You know what your mistake was? Corruption is your doing and what about Salim shares that are still held by grandfather? Your grandfather already wants a great-granddaughter and successor to the Salim family."

"But pi, Irene can also give birth to my children later. Surely my son will only be born of the one I love." Johan obviously still refused the match.

"This is my daughter, Hanny Tanisha Alexander." Alex introduces Hanny to the rest of Salim's family. Hanny immediately bowed slowly while introducing herself gracefully.

"Well, how pretty are you. How old are you?" Salim's grandfather asked as he looked at Hanny who was still standing not far from him.

"20 years sir." replied Hanny reluctantly.

"Call grandfather, soon you'll be my grandson too." Reply grandpa Salim. Hanny nodded despite a little surprise.

Before long Alfonso's butler came over and said that dinner was ready. They went and ate quietly in the big house. Hanny ate only a little, she felt something uncomfortable in her heart, but did not know what made her uncomfortable.

After dinner, they returned to the living room and sat facing each other. Salim's grandfather sits on the single sofa, Adam and his wife Sarah sit with Johan on the long sofa and Alex, Hanny sits in front of them.

"Hanny fits Johan perfectly, so when are you getting married?" Ask grandpa Salim to the point.

After a long conversation, Alex and Hanny leave Salim's house. Until Hanny's car started crying. Alex just kept quiet and didn't explain anything either. At home, Alex calms Hanny, who is still crying.

Hanny instead walked up to her room upstairs and slammed the door of her room firmly. Alex just let out a heavy sigh, he was also sad and knew that Hanny only loved Jo who was not clear.

"Damn! That cheap girl doesn't stop bothering me." Inner Irene was angry, because the person she hated the most would marry her lover? Yeah, Irene hates Hanny. Beautiful girl with a cross-faced, friendly, smart and liked by everyone. Even when Irene's high school boyfriend Tommy falls in love with Hanny despite Hanny's rejection.
