The House of Bella (2)

Dhika and Bella are now joined by Pak Husen and Ms. Fatma. They sat next to each other, in front of Mr. Husen and Ms. Fatma.

Dhika looks riled up. He was confused to answer what if Ms. Fatma asked for an explanation about the incident last afternoon in his office. Actually he wants to be honest, but after seeing Bella's condition, he undoes his intentions. It seemed like he was going to follow Githa's advice to continue on with all of this according to the agreement. Even if it means he has to lie again.

"Why are Mamah and Bella so tense? Ordinary Mah, Kasian tuh Dhika began to be awkward. We have a relaxed conversation without emotion" said Mr. Husen who had noticed them one by one.

"It's okay" said Dhika awkwardly. "I'm sorry to om and aunt for making Bella cry. Bella just misunderstood my new employee named Githa. Because Githa will replace Merlin, we automatically meet often." explained Dhika opened the conversation.

"Is that really so dear?" ma'am Fatma asked Bella.

"That's not what Bella's talking about. But Dhika's attitude is very attentive to her. And also since Githa appeared, brother Dhika spends more time with him! Even at that time my brother once said that brother..." Bella stops talking, she doesn't want her mom and dad to know that Dhika once claimed to have loved Githa. He almost slipped.

"Say what, baby? Why quit? Let's continue." pinta Bu Fatma was curious.

Mr. Husen who began to understand the problem without hearing the details of Bella's explanation, immediately mediated. He doesn't want Dhika to get cornered.

"It is already mah. Don't force Bella to tell me everything. Give him privacy." said Mr. Husen mediate. "And you're Bella, don't repeat the mistakes you used to make. Remember how you used to be so jealous of Merlin? Just because he was with Dhika more often. Though it is all because of work." said Mr. Husen again.

Bella looked at her upset father. He feels stuck. Though clearly yesterday Dhika confessed to her that she had fallen in love with Githa.

"This time the story is different! There's something you don't know!" argue Bella.

Dhika was throwing her breath rough. He rubbed his face and said. "Bella's.. What I told you yesterday is all true. Now it's up to you." said Dhika. He couldn't stand having to lie anymore.

Bella looked at Dhika with an indecipherable look. Before long his tears were spilled not able to hold him anymore. He ran up the stairs leading to his room upstairs. Bella could no longer speak.

Ms. Fatma ran a little following the steps of her beloved son who came back crying. When he passed Dhika he said "You don't go home first. We need to talk." ask Ms. Fatma to go after Bella.

"But om.. I have found my love. I want to marry him soon. Please think about how I feel too. I can't go on with this lie." Dhika politely refused.

Without them noticing Bella and Ms. Fatma were standing hidden behind a wall and listening to their conversation. Bella was immediately sitting down. She could not imagine how to continue her days without Dhika, the one who always spoiled her, the one she loved so much.
