It was getting late, Mama Nisa went into Nisa's room to give her medicine and dinner.

Before waking Nisa, Mama Nisa used a thermometer to determine Nisa's body temperature.

"Thank God, it's a bit quiet now" muttered Mama Nisa.

"Nis, let's get up. Time to take the medicine. Besides you haven't had dinner yet" Mama Nisa said as she gently patted Nisa's arm.

Nisa opened her eyes slowly. His body still feels weak. He tried to get up to sit down.

Mama Nisa puts a pillow behind Nisa's body so that Nisa can back up. He feeds Nisa and gives her medicine.

"Ma, Tau ga.. Nisa Dreamin Riko" said Nisa.

"Oh, huh ? Maybe you miss it" said Mama Nisa.

"Nisa dreams, Riko comes here. The dream feels real. Nisa feels Riko holding Nisa's fingers" Nisa said.

Mama Nisa smiled.

"If you miss Riko why don't you just call and tell her to come here" said Mama Nisa fishing.

"Ga can Ma. Nisa has broken up Riko. Nisa told him not to see Nisa again" Nisa said.

"Because what ? Because of the gossip on television ?" Ask Mama Nisa.

"That's not Ma's gossip. That's real.. Nisa also initially doesn't believe Riko is that kind of person. Though Nisa already believes in Nisa's heart completely for Riko" said Mama Nisa.

Mama Nisa immediately tidied up the dish leftover Nisa ate earlier, and prepared to take her to the kitchen.

But, suddenly Mama stopped her steps right in front of the room door. He turned his body and turned towards Nisa.

"Oh, yeah. Actually you weren't a dream, baby. Riko really came here to see you. From the look on her face, Mama can see she's worried about you" Mama Nisa smiled. He then went out.

Nisa stared at her mother's departure. His mind is worried now. On the other hand, he was eager to believe in Riko, but on the other hand, the DNA test results always overshadowed him.

The morning was so bright, the sun began to radiate its rays. Sunlight that provides warmth for every living creature in the morning and makes people excited to start their activities this morning.

Not so with Fani. He who was about to go prepared to the office, found a man whom he currently hated so much standing in front of him.

The man was leaning next to his red car. Fani walked up to him.

"Why come here ?" Ask Fani to the point.

Rendi whose face still looks tired due to lack of sleep due to waiting for her papa at the Hospital smiled looking at Fani.

"I want to take you to the office" said Rendi.

"Hehhh !" Fani grunting.

"From now on you don't have to bother driving me. I can go by myself. No need to feel bad for me. You have no responsibility for that anyway !" Fani said, hurrying away. He walked past Rendi. But Rendi held him back. He held onto Fani's arm.

"What's up ? Why say that ? Is there a problem ?" Ask Rendi.

Fani brushed off Rendi's hand.

"Have, Don't pretend anymore !" Said Fani who began to raise her tone.

"Why did you tell Keyla about the agreement ? Why ? If you want to go back to him, just come back. There is no need to feel hard to break our agreement. After all, we're just setting girlfriends. But what makes me sad, why did you tell him ? And you promised you wouldn't tell anyone about this. My grandmother had to suffer the consequences because of that. He almost fainted hearing Keyla's confession yesterday. You reneged on Ren's promise !" Fani.

"Keyla's here ?" Ask Rendi.

"Yes ! So you don't have to bother explaining anything to me anymore" Fani said.

"Because there's Keyla now, I don't think you need a boyfriend setting anymore, do you ? So I assume our deal is over now. I hope from this moment on don't look for me again. And if we meet accidentally one day, let's just say we don't know each other !" Fani.

Rendi sighed.

"Because of this misunderstanding it seems like you hate me so much, don't you ?" Tanya Rendi approached Fani.

But Rendi held Fani's arm back.

"If you force me, I'll call the police to kick you out" Fani said.

Rendi still did not release the grip of her hand on Fani's arm.

"Dele !" Fani said with reddened eyes holding back tears.

Seeing Fani's eyes that began to redden, Rendi finally released the grip of her hand.

Fani rushes off on the ojek and leaves Rendi standing there.

Rendi clenched her hands. His emotions have reached the crown. He got into his car immediately.

At full speed he drives his car. This time he did not want to go to Mandala Group or Samudra Group following Fani. But he drove his car to the Keyla Company.

Once there, Rendi immediately boarded the elevator and met Keyla in his room. Without knocking on the door of her room and ignoring all of Keyla's personal staff and skeletons who tried to hold her back, Rendi opened the door violently.

"Keyla !" Rendi's shout with a thunderous voice almost filled the entire room

Suddenly all who were in the room that read President Director was shocked to hear the screams of Rendi.

It turned out that in the room there was not only Keyla. But there were three men who seemed to be the section heads of each division. It seems like they just discussed the company's matter.

"Rendi" said Keyla surprised by the presence of Rendi.

"You go out first" Keyla told the three employees.

The three employees obeyed Keyla's orders. They went out and closed the door of the room.

Rendi immediately approached Keyla who was standing near her desk.

"What did you do to Fani ? Why are you teasing her ? I have obeyed all your commands !" Say Rendi with a tone of voice that is full of emotion.

"Why did you tell him I told you the letter of the covenant !" Shouted the increasingly crazy Rendi.

Keyla who was actually very frightened to see the look in Rendi's eyes, tried to answer all of Rendi's words.

"I was forced to tell you the covenant because you violated it first. You went with me to the exhibition. But once there you're crazy to see Fani with Vino" said Keyla.

"From there you should know that all I love is Fani !" Rendi.

"There are so many who have to bear the consequences of this crazy act of yours. My father had to go to the hospital because of the agreement letter you sent to his phone, and Grandma Fani almost fainted from hearing this news !" Rendi.

Keyla grinning.

"Oh yeah ? Only two people have I told you about the covenant and the results have been this great ? then, should I take the letter of agreement to the media ? What will happen to Fani's life huh ?" Keyla threatened.

Rendi.

"Try it if you dare ! I'll finish you off !" Rendi.

"I've been soft on you for remembering we've had good relationships in the past and I sympathize with your illness. But this time, if you hurt Fani, I won't stay silent. I'll destroy you !" Said Rendi warning.

Without feeling Keyla shed tears. He did not expect the person he was fighting for to return to be his lover, the talking heart that hurt his heart.

Suddenly his eyes were dark. His body feels weak. Keyla who could no longer support her body fell unconscious lying on the floor.

The joint that had been preparing to step out of the room was suddenly startled by the sound of a large falling object.

He looked at the origin of the voice. How surprised He found Keyla who was lying on the floor in a fainting state. Plus fresh blood that suddenly flowed from his nose.

Rendi carried Keyla outside the room. All the employees panicked to see their Company President Director who was drooping weakly due to fainting.

"Hurry up and get the car ready, we'll have to get him to the hospital !" Rendi.

Private Secretary Keyla and several male employees went with Rendi to the Hospital.

During the trip Rendi had heard the whispers of male employees sitting in the back seat.

"This is the fourth time Miss has fainted in the office. Hopefully nothing happens with Miss Keyla" said one of the employees who chatted with each other.

After arriving at the Hospital, Keyla was immediately entered into the room of the ER (Gawat Darudat Unit ). The doctor who greeted him immediately asked Keyla's Private Secretary.

"How long hasn't he been doing chemo ?" Ask the Doctor.

"It's been two weeks Doc" said his Personal Secretary.

Due to being too focused on getting Rendi back, Keyla forgot her chemotrapy schedule. He no longer cared about his health. Therefore, Keyla's health condition is getting worse every day.

Suddenly the Doctor again said to Rendi and her Personal Secretary.

"Please contact these two Miss Parents now ! I fear the time is not long. The status is comma now !" Said the doctor with a face full of panic.
