🍀 HAPPY READING 🍀

Night began to molt, the city of A was calm accompanied by the beauty of the atmosphere of a house owned by a handsome man in a beautiful manner. Raindrops still faithfully accompany the night. The air feels refreshingly cold. Ethan steps towards the balcony of his house. Some people were seen crossing the street. The sound of the window curtains fluttering in the wind.
Ethan looked up at the sky. You can't see stars in the rain. The star is covered in thick clouds that carry rainwater. Suddenly his hands clenched firmly, his jaw hardened. Three months in the shadow of guilt for not finding a solution to get Yara out of the Miles residence. Her memory returns to the scene where Yara's mother comes and begs her to save Yara.
FLASH BACK ON
Renata enlists Rahnie's help to contact Ethan and invites him to meet at a nearby restaurant not far from campus. Ethan steps into the diner where he met Rahnie earlier.
When she sees a handsome man coming with Rahnie, Renata is convinced that she is her daughter's ex-lover. Renata got up from his seat, then walked over to Ethan. He greeted her with a gentle smile.
Ethan breathes nervously when he sees the woman coming closer in a floral combination plain dress, which still makes him elegant as well as motherly.
"You're Ethan, right?"
Ethan nodded his head. "Good afternoon aunty." Greet Ethan with a faint smile.
"Good day, Ethan. You're so handsome. Yara loves you so much." Praise Renata.
Ethan's heart flowered without hearing that Yara loved him so much. But now, Yara already belonged to people.
"Please sit with Ethan," Renata took Ethan's hand with her.
"Thank you aunty." Ethan politely.
"I should be the one to thank you, you're already willing to meet with aunty." Renata let out a short sigh, looking at Ethan gently. "I don't know where to start." Renata breathed a heavy sigh. "I'm really a stupid mom, I'm risking my daughter's happiness."
Understanding the middle-aged woman's intent, Ethan only smiled awkwardly while squeezing his hand. "Don't talk like that aunty. Aunty was already the best mother for Yara. Yara often told me about you."
Renata takes Ethan's hand and gives a soft pat there. "You knew? Yara is a submissive child. He did everything he could to make his parents happy. Even if he sacrificed his happiness. That means for his future. Oh yes, Yara also often tells about your relationship. You're a good boy and full of attention to Yara."
Ethan was uncomfortable when given such a compliment. He only smiled as he looked towards his hand that was gently grasped by the woman.
"I'm sorry about aunty, Ethan." Renata looked down sad.
Ethan frowned, looking at the middle-aged woman sitting in front of him, still holding her hand. "Why aunty apologized. Yara and I are separated. Although at first there was a pain that I could not cover at that time. But now I sincerely accept Yara's decision and I hope Yara is happy with the matchmaking."
Renata lifted his face, looking at Ethan's bead with clingy eyes. "But aunty was sad, ever since Yara's wedding. Aunty couldn't reach him. I'm sure Yara's not okay. Yara is unhappy with the marriage. I heard that Yara was in brackets underground. They made a deal with Yara." The middle-aged woman's eyes suddenly glazed over.
At the sight of that, Ethan's heart seemed to be firmly gripped by a hand. Ethan quickly let go of his breath with his mouth open. He was silent, fixed there. His breathing quickly changed, pulling and exhaling in an abnormal pattern.
"Please save Yara, get Yara out of the house. I'm willing to pay off all debts as long as Yara's free from that marriage. I didn't think Frey Miles was the one in charge of this town. He can do anything. He also did not hesitate to kill." Renata cries in front of Ethan. He didn't know who else to ask for help. He just hopes Ethan can save his daughter.
"I just want Yara back to us, please son Ethan. Help aunty to save Yara from getting out of there" Renata said with a pleading look. Her heart ached when she found out her daughter was locked underground.
Ethan fell silent, his mind completely in a frenzy. How to free Yara from the house. Moreover, that man was a powerful man. Renata takes his hand off Ethan's. He took something from his bag.
"This is Miles' address. The house is far from the city. Only you can save Yara." Renata tried to breathe well. Her tears quickly slipped down her cheeks and she quickly wiped them away again.
"Please help aunty, Ethan. Aunty expects a lot of you." After saying that, Renata immediately left the place.
Flash back off.
Ethan let go of his reverie. Those words seemed to be dancing in his mind. He rubbed his face violently. For a moment Ethan paused in silence. He was glued with his chin supported above the folds of his hand on the cold iron handle at the end of the balcony. The wind was blowing coolly in silence and quiet, as if trying to whisper to her. Ethan closed his eyes. He clenched his hands together in front of his chest, like meditating.
After which, Ethan immediately stepped out of his room in a slight rush. Ethan wanted to calm his mind. His heart calmed down a little after he met Yara. At least this is the first step for him. He was sure Yara would contact him.
"Where are you fucking jerk?"
"Please!" The girl screamed in fear.
"You still dare to shout after you've disappeared a few times."
"What do you mean?"
"Don't quibble!" Shake the man.
"Please, let me go!" The girl was scared.
"Curtain...leave it?" Said one man smiling wryly.
"Pay your debt first." his friend chimed again furiously, they were upset because of how many times this woman always escapes in their pursuit.
The girl shook her head quickly. "You're wrong people. I don't know who owns the cafe. I just bought the cafe through my friend and I'm a newcomer here."
"You think I'll believe it? How many times have you avoided us and this time you won't get away."
"I'm not Angel but I'm Alea. "
"Take him off!" ethan stood right behind the two men.
Two men turned their bodies. Seeing a man in a relaxed position while crossing over.
"Who are you, how dare he.." said the man with a hanging sentence, he approached to beat Ethan. But Ethan quickly deals a few punches and beats the two men in turn. To make them fall down and do not wiggle.
"Take this, never come bothering the girl again" said Ethan throwing some banknotes at the thugs' faces. They quickly pick it up and run away from Ethan.
Ethan ran over to see the girl.
"You're okay?" Ethan asks while examining the girl's body, whether it is injured or not.
"I'm fine sir, thanks for the help."
"Do you know them?"
Alea shook her head. "I don't know them."
"I hope you're more careful."
Alea nodded. "I'm sorry I didn't have my wallet. I promise I'll give you your money back." Said the girl with her head down.
"no need. You don't have to pay for it." Ethan said with a smile. Makes Alea smile nervously.
"Then I'm sorry." said Ethan turned his body around. Before that happens Alea stops Ethan.
"Sir, if you have time come to cafe Lalo. I'll treat you to my best coffee. Let's just say it's my thanks." said the girl half-screaming. Ethan smiled and waved his hand. He walked away from the girl.
"God I forgot to ask the guy's name." Said the girl patting her forehead.
