Getting Married Late

Erania and Dito are on a plane to Erania's house in the village. After the campus they return home to change clothes and then to the airport.

Only Dito accompanies Erania home because Caca has to take the exam tomorrow. As long as Dito leaves, all the work will be done by Dimas. Mrs and Mr. Wardana will only return tomorrow because of their work that cannot be left behind.

Throughout the journey Erania only silent, occasionally she rubbed her tears that did not stop. Dito was sad to see Erania's condition. It should be his happy day, but fate says something else.

“Eat first” said Dito while offering food delivered by flight attendants. Erania just shook her head.

“How will you have the energy, remember your sister needs you at a time like this” Erania then open her mouth to eat. Dito painstakingly feeds Erania until the food is exhausted.

After the funeral, the mourners began to leave. Now there are only Erania, her two younger siblings and also Dito. They sat around eating it. Without a word, they just cry.

When it gets dark, Dito invites Erania and her sister – to go home.

“Come home, it's dark” take Dito while holding Erania's hand.

“But you'll be sick, you're too tired today. If you get sick your sister will be very worried. Tomorrow you can still come here” continued Dito.

Erania was momentarily silent, then she got up and invited her two sisters home.

Upon their arrival at home, they immediately cleaned themselves and then went to their parents' room. Dito wanted to take them to dinner but the situation was not possible.

Dito eventually chose to join Erania and her two younger siblings. Both Erania sisters ended up falling asleep due to exhaustion. Erania sees her sisters falling asleep and realizes Dito's presence in the room.

“Sorry sir, I forgot about you. Sir must be tired, please rest in my sister's room” Erania then take Dito to her sister's room.

“Please sir, sorry if his room made you uncomfortable”

“Thank you, don't forget to rest. You have to be strong for the sake of your sister –” Erania nodded then left Dito in her sister's room.

Erania went back to her parents' room. Seeing her two siblings sleeping made her come back to tears “Mother, Dad, what Nia should do now”
