One Heaven can only give birth to cultivators up to the Great Immortal realm. Middle Heaven was able to give birth to up to the Immortal King realm. And, High Heaven was able to give birth to Half Deity realm cultivators, yet for now there was still no one to reach that level (Half Deity) within Yang Xiu's internal world.
