However, Demonites, Demons, Evil Spirits and Abyss had no such Consistent Mana Circulation but rather Abnormal Mana Circulation.

Hearing their training that required making Mana run out in the body instantly made them fear death.

Enma without a second thought instantly unleashed a high-level Magic that ate up a lot of Mana, Hamasuki was slowly depleting her Mana while thinking of ways to cope with the training she had obtained, Shouta kept out Gokencho to exhaust his Mana and lastly Selena spent her Mana by making thousands of black fire arrows.

A few minutes continued to pass until the four of them finally reached the Mana that he could no longer take out but had yet to run out. The four of them felt a terrible exhaustion as if their lives were on the edge. Hamasuki kept taking out her Mana until it reached Zero Mana then she was sprawled with her heart not beating anymore.

Alios-sama, let's stop this exercise!" shouta shouted

"Stop where I might do it, Shouta spend your Mana like them!" alios said with a serious expression

Shouta sees Enma and Selena also sprawled with her heart not beating then Shouta dares to spend her Mana until it touches Zero Mana. Shouta suddenly felt an instant recovery of Mana's survival instincts made a slight circulation of Mana move directly to his heart so that Shouta came back to life.

"How could this possibly happen?" shouta asked with a surprised expression

"You did it Shouta!" hamasuki

"It seems you two understand!" selena said with a tired breath

"Enma's alive again!" shouted Enma in a high tone

"Happy you are dead once but the next training will continue to be dangerous and I want you to be able to survive the end of every training I give you so be prepared!" alios said as he flew upwards

Alios told the four of them to make a protector with their very small amount of Mana sometimes some were successful and some were unsuccessful until the four of them went back to torpor and then woke up with tired bodies and breath was breathless but Alios did not stop at all to force them to continue reaching Zero Mana.

Their training continued over and over again for five hours with their number of suspended animation 200 times until the overwhelming fatigue made their bodies completely immobile from the spot even when Alios gave out an attack that required them to take cover instantly the shield of the four of them appeared with weak power then flew their bodies all in various directions in the place but all of them did not give up on completing the training that extreme.

Alios felt a very high upward development even Alios realized something extraordinary was in Enma. His mana continued to reach Zero Mana without making him faint immediately Alios saw there was a uniqueness in him Enma.

"The child was terrifying once even his body was not suspended from torpor when it had already reached Zero Mana. I can see to his three friends that the Mana they put out will definitely reach zero and in a few seconds will return to number one but Enma seems like her Mana recovery has gone crazy even me being able to sense from zero continuously recovering to the number five in just a few seconds could it be that he has the same Mana trait as Ragnarok?" ask Alios to herself

Exercise continues until the specified day limit of one week so that during that time the four of them must survive.
