"I didn't think that Dhimaz was that rude as I was. He's like he's no longer the Dhimaz I know" said Sarah, who wept bitterly.

"Bawell, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to yell at you earlier" said the regretful Dhimaz.

"Fuck? Are you okay beib?" Khofid gasped for breath as he ran after Sarah and Dhimaz.

"Go you, I don't want to see you, you're evil!"

"I'm sorry I didn't mean it..." Dhimaz's speech was interrupted because it was cut directly by Sarah.

"You got mad when you got rich and angry at me and Khofid just for knowing we were dating?! I know you like me, you love me. I love you too but my best friend is no more."

"You guys are so! you are both happy over the suffering of your own best friend!" Pekik Dhimaz Returns Emotions.

"Dhimaz Stop!!!" Choke Khofid and smote Dhimaz with his fists.

"Darling he wasn't our best friend. Huhuhuhu" cried Sarah, who made Khofid stop punching Dhimaz.

"Ohhhh my head hurts a lot" said Sarah who held her head because of pain.

Sarah fainted and was unconscious. After being taken to the UKS he still did not wake up despite having given a lot of eucalyptus oil on his nose. Because the school was afraid of what happened to his students, the school immediately took Sarah to the nearest hospital followed by Khofid and Dhimaz.

Arriving at the hospital Sarah was immediately taken to the IGD room to be examined for further follow-up to find out the condition of Sarah who fainted and what causes it.

Seeing the incident Khofid immediately called Mami and Papi Sarah to tell Sarah the situation.

About 15 minutes later, Sarah and her mother arrived at XX Hospital

"Gibran gibran? How's Ara doing, son?

what the hell is going on? Why is it like this? Auntie's afraid Sarah's disease is coming back, son." Mami Sarah said with glassy eyes and let out a drop after a drop of her tears.

"Tante Gibran does not know why Ara could be like this, he suddenly fainted"

Then Dhimaz who was sitting in the IGD chair approached his mother Sarah while asking.

Ever since We found out about Ara's disease, we immediately took her to seek treatment so that she could recover, she could not be exhausted, emotional or hear the slightest clash. If that happens it will make him become a headache and make him unconscious (Fainting). Therefore we really take care of him, we do not want to happen what with our daughter"

"Sorry Aunt this is all my fault. I didn't mean to yell at Sarah" Dhimaz said softly.

"It's okay, it's all happening, just pray for the best"

After waiting for about 30 minutes a doctor finally came out of the IGD room. Seeing the doctor coming out of Khofid's IGD room immediately approached him and his neighbor. Followed by Dhimaz, Mommy and Her Papa Sarah.

"Where is Ara doc? Is he okay?"Khofid asked worriedly.

"Sarah does what the deck is, it's just that the disease he suffered relapses, please don't make it a lot of mind" said the middle-aged doctor who explained.

"Okay doc, thank you very much" Sahut Khofid.

"I said yes first. Excuse me everyone" said the passing middle-aged doctor leaving the IGD room.

After traveling with the doctor who examined Sarah, Khofid Dhimaz and Sarah's parents immediately entered the IGD room to confirm Sarah's condition.

"Dear Mom, wake up son, don't make Mami and Papi anxious" said Mami Sarah who hugged Sarah.

"Wake up baby, Papi please"

"Excuse me, Auntie? Can Khofid...?

"Oh yes please son..." Mami Sarah's voice while taking off her arms from Sarah as if understanding the meaning of Khofid's words.

"Dear awake, I beg you this is our first day, don't worry me, you must be strong, I will accompany you until you recover completely from your illness" Khofid kissed Sarah's right hand.

Unaware of worrying too much about Sarah, Khofidpun shed tears. It was the first time Khofid had cried because of the woman he loved.

Finally after some time, Sarah's fingers moved slowly, realizing that Khofid immediately looked at Sarah's face while kissing back Sarah's right hand.

"Khofid, ka..kamu why cry? Don't be sad, dear, Mommy? Papi's? kok here? Me where? and Dhimaz why are you pensive like that?"

"Fuck? Finally you realize too son" said Mami.

"Why Mi? Where is Ara?"

"You're at the Hospital, son"

"Sorry Mi again Ara makes Papi and Mami worried about Ara."

"Here you are, son, what matters is that now you are conscious" said Papi Sarah, stroking Sarah's hair gently.

"Bawel, I'm sorry yes, this is all because of my actions you became rich gini, if only I hadn't yelled at you earlier"

"It's Dhimaz, I've forgiven you, you're my friend." Sarah said with a sweet smile.

"There's so much on Bawel, you're so good! Bro I'm sorry too ya same you"

"Just relax Bro what is it, I'm also sorry yes I punched you, I know how you feel" Sahut Khofid while patting Dhimaz's shoulder gently.

"Yes Bro it's okay. Im Fine's. It's all my fault. Thank you, brother, I'm sorry"

"It's the same, thanks again"

Finally Dhimaz and Khofid embraced like Brother and Sister.
