The Friends 82

Friends gather on a bench near Sheva's hotel pool. They were busy with food and drinks on the table while waiting for Narra to come.

"what exactly does Narra want to say ?" ask Erga.

"i don't know either, he just asked that I gather you without Faya because there's something he wants to talk about" Sheva explained.

"hmmm what is this about Faya's attitude ?" ask Imel.

Sheva shrugged her shoulders.

Narra comes with Andra and Alen.

Narra smiled and then let go of his hand.

Andra said goodbye to his wife's friends then he spoke briefly with Alen and then left with Alen's escort.

"cieeeee new manten makes envy uh" Rea said as she flicked her hand.

"what the hell is sister-in-law" replied Narra.

"but actually Brother Andra is romantic Na ?" ask Imel.

Narra nodded.

"yes, he is stiff and indifferent to others but equally I hmmmmm very sweet" commented Narra.

"hmmmm yes bucin's wife" Rea said.

"it's okay, it's the same fucking husband" Narra smiled.

"what do you want to drink Na ? I ordered" Sheva asked.

"as always Shev and coffee are for Alen" Narra replied.

Sheva then picks up the phone on the wall, she calls the resto to order drinks for Narra and Alen.

Silent mood. Before long, Narra's drink came. They were all waiting for Narra to drink his avocado juice.

Alen's coffee was delivered to a table near them where Alen sat there waiting for Narra to finish his business.

"why are you looking at me like that ?" ask Narra after he finished drinking.

"we're all curious, what is this Na ?" ask Desta.

Narra sighed. He then told her everything about his conjecture all along then he asked Alen to reveal about the investigation conducted by Andra.

"i can't believe this" Erga shook her head after Alen finished giving an explanation and has now returned to his desk.

"Faya could be the son of one of the richest people in the city" said Desta.

"what can we help you with ?" ask Sheva.

"how can Faya take a DNA test and one more thing we have to see the birthmark on Faya's back to be more convincing" explained Narra.

"i have an idea" said Rea. He looked at his friends with a meaningful look.

"how do we make a story like we want to go on vacation. After the events we experienced, we want to re-establish our awkward togetherness because of feelings" he explained.

"smart idea" praised Erga.

"hmmmm" sergeant Desta.

"no meaning Ta, just a comment" said Erga.

"how ?" rea asked as if she did not understand Erga and Desta's intentions. He doesn't want to talk about it.

"i agree. We feel like we're going on a holiday abroad so we need a health check before we go" Sheva said.

Everyone was shocked except for Imel. He already knows about it.

Narra understands. Sheva loved the world of cooking but her parents wanted Sheva to continue the business so Sheva relented and took up business school. Now might be the time for Sheva to achieve her dream all along.

"hmmmmm I will miss you" Narra said, clasping Sheva's hand.

"i can still videocall you, especially if you have time you can visit or I can visit you. And you, besides the others, there is your husband who will always be there for you" Sheva said, wiping Narra's head.

Narra nodded.

"so that's how you hate me until you get together without me" suddenly Faya appears in their midst.

Alen, who was receiving a phone call, stood up but Narra shook her head as a 'it's okay' code for her. He was being cautious, he didn't want anything to happen to Narra or Andra would be angry.

"Fay, we all accidentally got together here and we also want to tell you about what we discussed" Desta said.

Faya fell silent. He could not refute Narra's words.

Faya is next to Sheva.

"because this is for our togetherness so we should only go on vacation" said Faya.

Alen moves on, he catches up with Narra.

"why the hell is Fay, what's wrong with Narra bringing her husband ?" ask Imel.

"like I said Mel was, 'cause he's not a friend. Desta said for our togetherness we should only - we're the only ones going on that vacation. Don't take the others" explained Faya.

"you stubborn Fay, when you move on if you can't accept Narra already has someone who makes him happy. We should be happy" replies Imel.

"trus what's the difference with you ?" reply Faya.

"Erga can't be the same to you but why do you keep forcing your feelings on her. There's Sheva here who loves you" he continued.

Imel speechless. He shook his head. He could not reply to Faya's words because it was all true.

"Fay, watch your talk" Erga said. He did not want Faya to corner Imel.

"already Ga, let Imel understand that he is the same as me" said Faya.

"i go first" Imel left his friends.

"Mel, wait !" chase Sheva.

"chaotic !" said Desta then left his friends in after Erga who looked at Faya cynically while shaking her head.

Rea and Faya are there.

"why is this Fay ?" ask Rea.

"i'm just telling you the truth, what's wrong ?" sahut Faya without feeling guilty about his attitude.

"you're wrong Fay ! it is wrong that you do not think about the feelings of Narra and Imel because of your offending words. You only think of yourself" Rea replied.

"i'm tired of constantly giving in to my feelings. If I hadn't held it back, maybe Narra would have been mine by now" Faya replied.

"but Narra loves her husband the truth" Rea replies.

"if I had said it sooner, Brother Andra would not have entered Narra's life" Faya said.

Faya fell silent. What Rea said was true but he didn't want to understand it. He rejected all reality.

Narra looked out the window. He was not exhausted by Faya's attitude. He was disappointed in his best friend.

He should have been emotionless because they were working on a plan but Faya's words were very offensive to him.

If for example they go on vacation, of course Andra will come because where can he allow Narra to go if he knows Faya is going too.

Alen glanced at Narra from the inner rearview, he was about to ask but was a little scared because Narra was still an emotion.
