Merlin immediately hit Dicky with the sofa cushion beside him. Dicky was trying to protect himself. However, not by evading but by hugging Merlin's body.

"Absolutely, darling. No intention to upset you. Just .... " Dicky hung up his sentence. Making Merlin feel curious, as well as getting annoyed.

"What germs? Just want to get to know me again? Huh yeah?"

Dicky kept trying to calm Merlin. He gave a warm embrace filled with affection while continuing to gently caress Merlin's hair.

The effort was not in vain. Merlin was finally able to control himself. He wiped away the falling tears with the back of his hand.

"Tell me the details of what happened according to the results of the investigation. I'm ready now, brother."

"You sure?"

Hearing Merlin's steady words, Dicky did not want to argue. He then told all the results of the investigation about Merlin's mother's death in full.
