In the morning, the Kenni family gathered at the dinner table. Shiren stood beside the dining table.
"Shiren, come here" asked Revi to Shiren to sit down together.
"No miss. I'm here" Shiren refused.
"What is it. Let's sit down and have breakfast with us" Revi said.

After Kenni left for work, Revi immediately went upstairs to his room, and told Shiren to catch up with him immediately.
"Excuse me miss" Shiren said as he entered Revi's room.
He was amazed by Revi's room was very neat and beautiful.
"Shiren remember. Kalaw in front of my husband you can call me miss. But if my husband isn't around, you just call me. Okay" pinta Revi's.
"Well Revi" said Shiren.
"Shiren, you know today and in the next few days, I'm going to do some dialysis. So for that, I'll stay in my apartment for a few days. So please, take good care of my husband and prepare all his needs"

Afterwards, Revi called her husband. He said that he would go out of town, to see the results of his new company project.

"Secretary Oka, let's go to my apartment" Revi said as he exited the room.

AT REVI'S HOUSE
After Maghrib, Kenni just returned home. He immediately went up to his room and sat on the sofa.
"Excuse me sir" said Shiren, who was beside the door.
"You don't have to call me mister, just call me as you normally would" Kenni said.
Shiren simply nodded, then he walked towards Kenni. After arriving, he then squatted down and opened Kenni's shoes.
"What are you doing" Kenni said in shock.
"Sorry Ken, I'm just doing my job" Shiren replied.
After opening Kenni's shoes, he then opened Kenni's shirt. Kenni was only speechless when Shiren did that. Long enough Kenni looked at the face of his former most beautiful. While Shiren was nervous dealing with Kenni.
"It's Ken, now you take a shower and after that dinner downstairs. I go down first" said Shiren
Hearing that, Kenni's daydreams crumbled.

In the apartment, Revi lay on his bed with the Infuss still attached to his hand.
"Young lady, this is white milk for miss. Please drink" said secretary Oka.

Revi got up and opened the intravenous needle in his hand. After that, he took ablution water and performed prayers. After the prayer, he prayed fervently to the divine. In his prayer, he asked forgiveness for all his sins, and so that his sickness would be healed. He also begged for a long life.
After the prayer, he then drank the milk made by Oka's secretary.
AT REVI'S HOUSE
Shiren walked towards Kenni's room. There, he knocked on the door of the room.

After preparing to be ready, Kenni then went to the dining table and sat there while calling his wife using vc.

"I want breakfast now. Look at this, there is milk and healthy food" Revi said, showing her food to her husband.
