Alessia's gestational age has entered 3 months, Leon is accompanying Alessia to check the content. Leon is very enthusiastic about the development of their baby, every time Alessia checks her pregnancy she always accompanies Alessia.

Leon takes Alessia home, and she immediately returns to the hospital. Doctor Marlina Spog who examined Alessia called Leon. Leon prefers female doctors over male doctors even though spog doctors are his own om, Leon is not willing if his wife's body is seen by other men even though it is a gynecologist.

"Is your wife thinking a lot? Your wife's body is too thin for a woman who is 3 months pregnant" Dr. Marlina said seriously.

"My wife is fine doc, she's always mak.an" Leon's words stopped, he never knew if Alessia always ate or not.

"It seems that Leon's doctor was too busy with his patients to pay attention to his own pregnant wife"

Leon takes his cell phone and calls Alessia. Reminds Alessia to eat, take vitamins and get enough rest. He was very worried about his wife.

"I'm sorry to bother you, Cassy was here when the doctor was talking to Marlina's doctor and sent a message if waiting for the doctor to be bagged for lunch" said Sister Hani.

"I want to go home first, please call Cassy if you can't have lunch with him today" Leon said giving a mobile number to sister Hani and then immediately went home to meet Alessia.

Alessia was very pale, she was exhausted. This was the sixth time he had vomited. Susi's mother always helped Alessia and gave Alessia oil.

"Ale you why?" Leon said as soon as he entered the room.

"Mom Alessia vomited docks from this morning till now"

"We're going to the hospital" Leon said.

"Ga akh I'm at home, it's normal that pregnant women vomit" said Alessia limply.

Leon saw Alessia's face, Alessia looked thinner than usual. True said Dr. Marlina, Alessia's weight is not appropriate for pregnant women in general.

Leon immediately lifted Alessia's body, he had to take Alessia to the hospital. He could not allow Alessia's situation like this, Alessia's situation could endanger her womb as well as herself. Leon won't be able to forgive himself until something happens to Alessia and their baby.

Dr. Marlina examined the condition of Alessia, Alessia experienced nausea and excessive vomiting caused by hyperemesis gravidarum which is common in the first trimester of pregnancy.

Leon is very worried about Alessia's situation, he regrets having ignored Alessia these few months because of Cassy.

Bella comes to the hospital with Liam. Liam is very angry and upset at Leon, Leon already has a wife but always meets in silence with his ex-girlfriend. Liam knows it all because Bella's mom told him about Cassy.

Bella asks Liam to keep an eye on Leon for Alessia, Liam actually does not want to interfere in the household of Leon and Alessia but sees Leon getting busy with Cassy finally he

tell people to follow Leon.

Leon had lunch with Cassy several times and Leon had been to the woman's apartment at night. Even though he never stayed in the Cassy apartment, Leon can't do that.

"Don't stop your relationship with Cassy"

"It's none of your business!!! Don't interfere in my domestic affairs" Leon said with dislike.

"Sister.. Alessia's pregnant with your child and she knows you're still in touch with Cassy"

Leon is shocked to hear Liam's words that Alessia knows of his connection to Cassy.

"Sister... Alessia knows everything, she's seen you alone with Cassy but she's silent. She's a very precious woman, sister.don't ever let down Alessia's sister or.."

"Or what? Say it or what? Don't you love Alessia?"

"Sister!!!" Jerky Liam.

"Why? Answer my question?!" Leon said with emotion.

"Yes I love Alessia.I saw her first time, when I knew you were betrothed to Alessia, I relented. I let it go with you with Alessia even though I love her" Liam said sadly.

Leon again surprised to hear the words Liam turns out his biological sister loves his wife but if Liam is the first to see Alessia why Alessia was scared when she saw Liam...

"What have you done to Alessia? Are you the cause of Alessia fainting at home first" said Leon remembered Alessia fear at home parents and asked to go home.

"Yes I caused Alessia to faint upon meeting at home and in Thailand. I once did such a bad thing to Alessia that it frightened me, I wanted to have her. I love Alessia sister, I love her" Liam said and closed her eyes.

"Stay away from my wife or I'll tell my mom and dad what you did to Alessia" Leon threatened.

"I'll stay away from her as long as she's no longer in contact with Cassy and I'll also tell my dad and mom if she's having an affair with Cassy" Liam said.

Leon fell silent, he could not say anything more. His relationship with Cassy is unlike Liam's accusations, he is only friends with Cassy.

Leon's feelings for Cassy are not what they used to be, Alessia slowly enters his heart.
