Again Elena tried to hold back her tears from falling down. And by forcing his smile he immediately bailed out ." Mom's out first yeah, tell me something else." Said Elena who was immediately nodding her head by Stella.

"So the good Bubu kids, son, Bubu loves you as much as Bubu loves your Papo," he said, softly giving IMD to both babies.

While Alex and Arvan who had been waiting outside the room, was very impatient to see the twins. And when the door opened and Elena's figure came out, Alex and Arvan immediately ran into the operating room.

Whoever dares to forbid them from entering the operating room, only the dead would dare to do that to them.

"Where's my granddaughter - where's my granddaughter? Alex chuckles for the whereabouts of his twin grandson.

"Sstttt Pah, don't Storm! This isn't a forest." Snapped Elena who was following the two men who were ready to shake this operating room.
