Eps.16 Mama's Choice of Moms
They chatted casually, there was no longer any awkwardness between the two. They tell each other about their experiences, Nayla tells Reza about her experience studying in Amsterdam until she was named the best graduate student of her era.
He told me a lot about his life in Amsterdam, a bitter life, a scary life for new people like Nayla who did not live there. A hard and brutal life, if they can't help themselves they will go along with the traditions of the people there.
It is clearly different from in Indonesia. From there, Nayla learns the meaning of life that what she sees is not all the same as what she hears.
They kept chatting, joking, exchanging ideas with each other. There is a sense of comfort that both of them feel when they exchange experiences, but it does not make Nayla open her heart.
They arrive at Nayla's house, then Reza rushes down to open the door for Nayla, Nayla gets out of the car while smiling to Reza to thank Reza for opening the car door for Nayla.
Nayla walks first and then followed by Reza. Sinta who accidentally saw her son and future son-in-law she smiled happily. Then she slightly ran into the living room to tell her husband.
"Pa pa, mama there's good news" said enthusiastically.
"What good news maa, until so excited? " ask Rudi curiously.
" Just mama saw Nayla same Reza getting along, Reza open the car door for Nayla keeps Nayla smile Sweet with Reza. Uhhh sweet bangett. It looks like they're .."
Sinta has not yet finished her story, suddenly Nayla and Reza come.
"Assalamualaikum ma, pa" Nayla uttered a greeting then kissed the backs of her parents' hands. After that Reza also kissed the back of the hands of his two prospective in-laws.
"Waalaikumsalam, ehh mama's son has come home, how do you guys not like??" Tanya Sinta enthusiastically.
" Good how did mama mean?" scrunched his forehead because he heard a strange question from his mama.
"You are so compatible like lovers. Mama can't wait to see you get married" said Sinta with happiness.
Nayla was silent while raising one eyebrow. While Reza he smiled happily at the words of his future in-laws.
"Ishh what the hell ma, pa, Nayla already want to take a shower first keep resting. Bye mama bye papa" walked away from the three of them.
"Ehhh why is Reza you staying Nay?? The child's bottom line is yes" said Sinta a little screamed out of annoyance with Nayla's treatment to Reza.
"Sorry aunt om, Reza said goodbye first yaa already afternoon about it" said Reza.
"Why hurry baby, from now on you do not call us om same aunt yaa call aja mama equally papa. You will be our son too" said Sinta happily.
" Yes right what mama said, you from now on call us mama equally papa. Papa Rudi" said Rudi, the three of them laughed together to hear Rudi's words.
Reza also went from Nayla's house, actually she still wants to be in the house because both Nayla's parents warmly welcome Reza, they already consider Reza as her child as well. But since Nayla went to the room leaving Reza to rest, Reza finally decided to go home.
Reza doesn't want to interrupt Nayla's break. Reza walked towards his car, after he was in the car, he drove his car at a moderate speed.
Today Reza is very happy because he can be with Nayla. I don't know what feelings are now in his heart. He was happy because Nayla was not like he imagined, jutek nyebelin and other bad thoughts.
Nayla turns out to be friendly, though a little chatty. Nayla turns out to be easy to socialize, even though sometimes Nayla still acts indifferent and super jutek to Reza.
But it's okay, he'll prove to the whole world that his mama's chosen soul mate is a good match for Reza. She will not disappoint both her parents, she will follow her parents' willingness to marry Nayla.
