Cee's forces were divided on two roads, one led by Ong-cu Seng Hu and the other led by Sek Peng. They attacked immediately.

General Hong Hoa advanced with his horse to fight against Ong-cu Seng Hu, while Gut Lut Kouw fought Sek Peng.

Their battle was intense, but before there was a decision on who won or lost, Prince Kai Hong, Si Tiao and Houw Ji Pan from Cee's army came. They besieged Hong Hoa and his king.

The battle lasted until noon. After the enemy was defeated Ong-cu Seng Hu along with other commanders welcomed King Cee Hoan Kong who they allowed into the city.

King Cee Hoan Kong ordered that Tap Li Oh be brought to the front. King Tap Li Oh was sentenced to death. Then King Cee ordered the king's head to be hung on the door of the northern city.

Among the Jiong soldiers there are stories of how the merciless Kho Hek was killed.

King Cee Hoan Kong was very sad. He sighed and recorded the merits of Kho Hek.

When King Yan Cong Kong already got the news that King Cee had won the war, he was overjoyed. This Yan King rush back to Bu-te-shia will meet King Cee.

The meeting of the two kings was very encouraging, King Yan expressed his gratitude to King Cee.

"From a distant place I have come to help you" said King Cee. "It is fortunate that I defeated the San-jiong and Kho-tiok people. The land I give you. Please manage."

"Hamba did not dare to accept the gift," said King Yan. "Quite the origin of the servant can keep the inheritance from the ancestor of the servant alone."

"The Jiong and Kho-tiok nations are close to your country. But very far from my country. I want the country to remain safe, so I entrust it to you. I hope you do not reject this gift " said King Cee earnestly. "Just remember if your country is safe and prosperous, do not forget to send tribute to the Kingdom of Ciu. That's enough for me!"

King Cee laughed. He advised King Yan and was grateful that King Yan would remain in union with him. After returning to the land of Yan and after distributing gifts to the meritorious including the King of Bu Ciong, King Cee will return to his country. Because the soldiers had enough rest.

Along the way when King Yan and Cee came home, they witnessed heart-wrenching scenes, many places damaged by war.

When walking almost to Kui-cu-kwan, they cross paths with Pao Siok Gee troops who come to welcome.

King Cee Hoan Kong was pleased, he praised Pao Siok Gee's ability to take care of the supplies of his soldiers. After arriving in the land of Yan forced King Cee to part with King Yan. King Cee told him to be alert so that the enemy does not mess back up. Then they split up because Cee Hoan Kong was going back to his country.

King Yan drove King Cee as far as 50 li from his country. This incident made King Cee very moved.

King Cee Hoan Kong gave the land to the kind-hearted King Yan Cong Kong. When they broke up they cried sadly.

From that time onwards the Yan state became more widespread and prosperous due to the additional land gifts from King Cee. Later Yan became a large country in the northern part of China.

When all the Young Kings heard and knew how the good King Cee was, willing to help the land of Yan fight his enemy. Also King Cee did not feel affection for his estate and was presented to the Yan state, they felt admiration and obedience. Now they no longer feel anxious that their country will be annexed by the Cee state. They even praised the wisdom of King Cee.

On the way home King Cee Hoan Kong reached the boundary between the Louw and Cee lands. At that place he was greeted by Louw Cong Kong who congratulated the success of King Cee.

Seeing King Louw so respectful and loving King Cee, King Cee gladly presented the goods belonging to the Jiong people to King Louw. Of course King Louw is excited not to play.

It was the reign of Louw Cong Kong in the 32nd year or the 15th year of His Majesty Ciu Hui Ong. In the month of Pe-gwe (the eighth month of Lunar) Louw Cong Kong died, therefore in the Louw country there was great chaos.
