The three of them left the treatment room while Cantika sat in a chair near her husband's bed.

" Have my baby eaten?" Ask Cantika

" No, I don't like hospital cooking." Aleandro

" I make chicken porridge, my dear will eat my porridge?" Ask Cantika.

" Dear, I want to try your cooking." Aleandro smiled happily because his wife wanted to cook for him.

Cantika returned her husband's smile then opened the food box.

" I'm bribing ya." Say Cantika while feeding a spoon filled with porridge to her husband's mouth.

Aleandro opened his mouth and Cantika put the porridge in Aleandro's mouth. Bribery after bribe finally porridge in the bowl run out without waste then Cantika put the food box on the table near the bed. Cantika picked up the glass and gave it to Aleandro.

" Your cooking is so good, baby." Praise Aleandro after he finished eating and drinking.

" The roof is different." Cantika said with a smile.

" What is the fuel?" Aleandro asked curiously.

" The same flavor there's only one addition so it tastes better." Cantika.

" What is that?" Aleandro asked curiously.

" C Seasoning I N T A ." Whisper Cantika while spelling letters in her husband's ear.

" Pfftt." Aleandro held back a laugh.

Aleandro rubbed Cantika's hair gently then hugged her.

" Thank you, I love you more." Aleandro

" Thank you, too, your presence means a lot to me." Cantika said as she returned her husband's embrace.

" Oh yeah, four more days on my birthday, what are we doing?" Ask Aleandro.

Cantika instantly let go of her embrace and pushed her husband's body then stood up straight and to her two eyes instantly glazed over making Aleandro bewildered by the sudden change of Cantika.

" Dear, is anyone sick?" Aleandro asked in panic

Cantika just shook her head with tears not stopping to come out.

" What's up, honey? Are my words wrong?" Ask Aleandro

" Hiks.. hiks.. hiks.. I really hate the word birthday hiks.... hiks.... hiks..." Cantika said as she sobbed without answering Aleandro.

" Why do you hate birthdays? Isn't it natural for people to celebrate birthdays every year?" Aleandro asked in a confused tone.

" Because of hyks... hyks.. when my ex-birthday I was betrayed hiks... hyks.... hyks... they were engaged and also hiks... hiks ... When I wanted to celebrate my second birthday my parents left me forever." Cantika said as she sobbed and returned her husband's embrace.

" Do you still love your ex?" Aleandro asked with mixed feelings of jealousy, anger and guilt for killing his former lover.

" That feeling has been long gone since the person I love was by my side." Cantika said while hugging her husband tightly.

" I'm so afraid that the person I love is out of my life." Connect Cantika.

" really? How much more do you love me or your ex-lover?" Aleandro asked curiously.

" Of course I love you more because I love you so much and love you so much that's why when I remember the word birthday I'm so afraid you're leaving me." Cantika

" Is the feeling for your ex still there?" Aleandro asked as he looked into his wife's beautiful eyes.

" As I said my feelings for her were gone, did my husband doubt me? Cantika asked while looking at her husband's handsome face.

" I'm sorry baby, if I doubted you because you were crying because..." Aleandro said hanging up his sentence.

" I cried because I heard the word birthday where it made me think of losing the one I love. I used to be strong when I lost my ex but when my parents died it made me more devastated and now if I lose you because of my birthday I can no longer." Said Cantika while hugging her husband back.

" I can't possibly abandon you but I'm so afraid of losing you." Aleandro said as he returned his wife's embrace.

" I can't leave you unless my husband doesn't want me anymore." Cantika

" It's impossible." Aleandro replied as he let go of his embrace as well as Cantika.

" Dear." Call Aleandro

" What's up, baby?" Ask Cantika

" Is it still painful?" Ask Aleandro

" What's that?" Ask Cantika confused.

Aleandro clasped his wife's hand and directed her to his privacy.

" This one." Aleandro said with a perverted smile.

" My husband is sick again, later if he is healed." Said Cantika while trying to pull her hand.

" That hurts my back but this one doesn't." Aleandro said as he held Cantika's hand and directed her to the trunk of his elephant which had begun to claustrophobic.

" My dear is sick and still a pervert." Said Cantika while trying to pull her hand.

" Same wife herself is okay, right?" Aleandro asked as he let go of his hand which was holding his wife's hand.

" Dear, what do you do!!" Pekik Cantika as her husband plucked the infusion hose

" I want that, baby." Aleandro replied as he got out of bed and pulled his wife into the bathroom.

" Dear, wait to heal first we can play as much." Cantika

" One round." Pinta Aleandro still pulls his wife's hand.

" All right." Reply Cantika resigned

The two of them went into the bathroom for almost an hour and they both just came out of the bathroom. Aleandro's face turned happier and his body was getting fresher after getting the vitamins while Cantika's face was buckled and her body was limp because her husband's desire was so strong.

Cantika only smiled until Cantika accidentally saw Aleandro's back clothes were red stains.

" Dear, your clothes are red stains not to be..." Cantika panicked as she touched Aleandro's clothes with red patches.
