This noodle is usually served with beef in the form of soup and also stir-fry. During the summer in China, Lamian can also be served cold with refreshing cucumber and tomato pieces. It is suitable for children, because it can be an option to meet their nutritional needs.
Richard himself ordered the food
Canton-style Steamed Fish, as the name suggests the main raw material is the fish used can be fillet (already cleaned and left meat only) or intact.
The fish is steamed first until cooked for approximately 10-15 minutes, then served with soy sauce cooked with ginger, chives, and celery leaves.
And for dessert they ordered Peach Gum, this dessert is indeed very refreshing and the ingredients are full of vitamins and nutrients. As the name suggests, peach gum is derived from the sap of the Chinese peach tree, which is dried and deformed like a crystal.
The taste of this sap is indeed tasteless, so it is usually added anggo (red dates), dried longan, goji seeds, and others as a flavor enhancer. Approximately in one serving of Peach Gum there are 11 ingredients that all have their own benefits.
"It's very good for double Z because it can boost immune cells." Richard explains while looking at double Z who likes peach Gum.
