Father's Choice of Mate

JPA 160 season 2.

After Adrian and Anaya returned home from the funeral, he did not go straight home, but he went to his father's residence.

"Where is Viona?" Adrian asked the aunt who had been looking after Viona.

"In the den room" the aunt spoke by pointing at the room currently occupied by Viona.

Adrian walked into the room. Open the door a little slowly. There he saw Viona sitting while hugging the photo of Suhendi sir.

Adrian walked over and sat down next to his sister. Adrian rubbed Viona's long hair." Don't be sad anymore, there's a big brother here."

Viona who was down while crying. Now he looked up at Adrian." Papa's brother." Isaac Viona.

Adrian nodded again and took the boy into his arms." You don't have to be sad anymore, there's a big brother who will always be waiting for you." 

Viona looked up again. Then his face looks turned sad." Must be brother lying." Viona looked back.

"Hey. Brother doesn't lie, brother promises, will always be with Viona. Viona can also if you want to stay at sister's apartment."

"Can I?" Viona looked up again.

"Of course you can, there's Anaya's sister." Adrian rubbed his sister's long hair.

Viona looks back smiling." Thank you, brother." 

Viona hugged Adrian's body again.

The door was knocked from the outside. Anaya entered with a tray in hand.

"Viona eat first huh?" Anaya sat down next to Adrian.

Viona looks to nod." I don't want to eat brother." 

"Viona should eat. If Viona doesn't eat, Viona can get sick. Viona wants to go to sister's apartment." Adrian.

Hearing Adrian mention the apartment, Viona looked back at the sister. Then nod.

"Okay, I'll eat." 

With painstaking Anaya began to feed Viona, occasionally she rubbed Viona's lips that looked troubled. And it did not escape the sight of Adrian. Adrian smiled later.

Adrian knocked several times. Before long, Bu Indri looks out with his eyes.

"Tente, Adrian's permission to take Viona to the apartment, tomorrow during the tahlilan event, Anaya and I will take her home."

Aunt Indri looks nodding. Not much he said. He was still shocked by what happened. He just nodded and smiled.

After Anaya, Viona and herself are in the car, Adrian starts the engine. Leaving his father's residence.

When they arrived at the apartment. Viona looked at her. Is this Kaka's house?" Ask Viona plain.

Adrian.

Anaya smiled at her brother's innocent behavior.

Adrian and Anaya then invite Viona to his room.

It's been a week since Suhendi died. Adrian is now standing staring out of the building. He looked at the tall building in front of him.

I heard the door open. Instantly Adrian's daydreams were scrapped.

"How, have you found any evidence?" Ask Adrian.

"Not yet, but the detective we've hired has started looking for evidence."

Adrian looks to nod." I'm pretty sure, if all this was open to pure accident. There are people who intentionally harm papa."

Adrian looks like he's breathing out. Then turn his body.

"Anyway, I have to get proof. If there is someone who deliberately harms papa. Then, I won't forgive that person." Adrian looks to clench his hand.

Erwin was seen nodding and approaching his boss." I'll try, bro. Don't worry too much." Erwin convinced Adrian. 

Actually all this, he did only for Viona. The boy was devastated by his father's departure. Adrian had felt the loss of a person he loved so much and it made him hit to this day.

His relationship with his father was not good. But he will try to find anyone who intends to hurt the family.
