The man just stared at Nisa's departure wryly. I don't know why he couldn't speak. Tonight Nisa chooses to go back to sleep in Dina's room.

Next morning..
Herman, Yuyun, and Rima were all ready to leave for the Hospital. While Dennis leaves to take Nisa to the Station, they both go to the Hospital as well.
Now Nisa is in the operating room wearing a typical hospital dress. Before long a male patient who had fallen asleep due to the injection reaction also entered the operating room. Nisa looked at the man meaningfully.
"You won't feel any more pain soon, Om. May this not be our last meeting." Nisa's inner self looked at Herman lying in a separate bed next to her.
"Where is Nisa, you ready?" ask Dr. Ridho.
Nisa just nodded. A nurse starts injecting a liquid to put Nisa to sleep. The operation began. Yuyun and Rima waited in front of the operating room with anxious feelings. Before long Dennis came, pretending to be a newcomer to the Hospital.
"Where's Ma, the operation?" ask Dennis worriedly.
"Your mother just came in. Hope the operation goes well." Yuyun said no less worriedly.
Dennis nodded and tried to catch his breath. Time seems to pass by for a long time. Dennis who returned from the cafeteria with a bag of bread and mineral water distributed it to Yuyun and Rima. Dennis tried to calm the two women down.
Finally Doctor Ridho came out of the operating room.
"Where is Doc, my son's situation?" yuyun asked worriedly.
"At this time the patient is still unconscious due to the effects of sleeping pills. We'll move him to the ward for Patient recovery." Answer Doctor Ridho.
Before 2 nurses pushed Herman's bed out of the operating room, Yuyun and Rima immediately followed the nurse. While Dennis was still worried about Nisa's situation.
"What about Nisa, Doc?" ask Dennis worriedly.
Doctor Ridho was a little surprised by Dennis' question because Nisa had told him to keep the donor's identity secret.
"Please answer, Doc. I heard talk between Doctor and Nisa at that time. Doctor take it easy, only I know about this." Added Dennis.
Doctor Ridho thought for a moment and finally said,
"I'm sorry, but Nisa's current condition is not good. We're moving Nisa to the ICU."
Doctor Ridho went back into the operating room and before long 2 nurses pushed Nisa's bed and followed Doctor Ridho and other Doctors walked out of the operating room. Dennis followed the group with fear and no tears.
"You must be strong, Nis. Please wake up." Dennis.
The memory of his togetherness with Nisa is now twisted in his brain. His heart felt tight at the current state of Nisa. Arriving in the ICU, a nurse asks Dennis to wait in the ICU front waiting room because the Doctor is still doing the patient care.
I don't know how long Dennis sat in the waiting room until the sound of his cell phone ringing broke his daydream.
"Hello, yes Ma." Sapa Dennis to Yuyun across the street.
"Where are you, honey? This is you are aware. Please go to Melati's room." Yuyun.
"Good, Ma. I'll be there soon." Dennis said and ended the call.
At the same time Dr. Ridho came out of the ICU.
"How's Nisa doing, Doc?" ask Dennis worriedly.
"We've done our best, but Nisa's body doesn't respond. You could say Nisa is in a coma at the moment." Answer Doctor Ridho.
"Koma? How can you, Doc? Nisa said yesterday that the examination went well and Nisa's body condition is good for being a donor, but now why go into a coma, Doc?" ask Dennis in a high tone.
"I'm sorry, but this is beyond our expectations. May there be a miracle for Nisa." Answer Doctor Ridho.
Dennis squeezed his hair, his heart went haywire. But slowly he began to catch his breath and regained his composure.
"Can I come in?" ask Dennis.
"Please. If I stay first, excuse me." Answer Doctor Ridho.
Dennis nodded and entered the room. Dennis could not bear to see the current state of Nisa. With an infusion hose and several other hoses attached to his body. Dennis sat down beside Nisa and held Nisa's hand.
"You must be strong, Nis. I'm sure you can get through this." Dennis said with tears that had been dripping from earlier.
Suddenly Dennis's phone rang again, Mama's name on his phone screen.
"Nis, I said yes. I promise I'll get you again." Dennis said and left Nisa alone in the ICU.
"Hello, yes Ma." said Dennis after being outside the room.
"Where are you going, son? Daritadi Mama wait." Ask Yuyun from across the street.
"Sorry Ma, it's me still traveling. It's already deketting." Answer Dennis.
"Yes, come here quickly." Said Yuyun and ended her call.
Dennis took a deep breath and came back with his phone.
"Halo Bi Surti, can you help me now. Please bring me some change of clothes and take them to Harapan Hospital. I'm waiting in Melati ya Bi's room, thank you." Dennis said to ART who has been living in his apartment.
After receiving an answer from Bi Surti, Dennis ended his call.
Dennis actually already has his own place to live, although an apartment that is not as big as Herman's house but he is comfortable living there. During the Off-City Service, Bi Surti occupied the two with 1 other ART in that apartment. The presence of Nisa at Herman's house makes Dennis not touch his apartment at all.
Dennis walked towards Melati's room, where Herman was being treated. Arriving at Herman's room, Dennis is greeted by Yuyun's babble.
"Where have you been, son? You're sober, but you didn't stop by his room." Charmon Yuyun.
"Sorry Ma, I didn't accidentally meet my friend who happened to be treated here as well so I stopped by her for a while." Dennis is lying.
"Yasah Ma, nothing. I'm getting better too." Herman's Sahut.
"Yes Ma, you guys go home. I'll wait here." Dennis Sahut.
"Yes, Mama same Rima back first huh. Inget ya Dennis, don't leave before Mama comes tomorrow. Don't stay with you anymore." Yuyun.
Dennis nodded and kissed Yuyun's hand, as did Herman. Yuyun and Rima left the two men in Melati's room.
Dennis sat down on the sofa there. His feelings were anxious to think about Nisa's condition. But he tried to shift his anxiety so that Herman did not suspect, he knew very well that this one brother was sensitive to the look on someone's face. Dennis started turning on the television and tried to enjoy the available shows. Although his gaze was fixed on the TV but his mind floated thinking about Nisa.
"Nisa where the hell is it? His number is not active. Has he not reached Surabaya yet?" Chirps Herman after trying to contact Nisa a few times.
Dennis looked at Herman.
"Maybe the battery ran out, Mas." Dennis Sahut.
BEFORE SURGERY..
"Mas, I nitip my stuff while ya include my phone. Don't call me first during the surgery because Doctor Ridho's gonna be a nuisance.. But the HP I've deactivated. " Said Nisa while handing over a small bag containing a mobile phone and wallet along with 2 backpacks.
"Okay, I'll keep it in my apartment to be safe." Dennis said while putting Nisa's belongings into the trunk of his car, except for Nisa's little bag. He put it in the backpack he used to wear when he went to Dinas.
Dennis's car also walked through the traffic jam his mother to Harapan Hospital.
BACK TO HERMAN'S ROOM..
The sound of knocking on the door blew Dennis' daydream. Dennis walked over to the door and opened the door.
"Excuse me Den, this is the shirt Aden asked for." Said Bi Surti while handing over a backpack containing clothes and other equipment.
"Oh yes, Thank you, Bi." Reply to Dennis and let Bi Surti in.
"Oh Allah Den Herman, why?" tanya Bi Surti was worried.
"I'm out of surgery, Bi. Bi Surti did not have to worry, soon also healed anyway." Answer Herman.
Bi Surti has worked with the Yuyun family for a long time and he used to work as ART and Nanny for Dennis. Therefore until now Bi Surti became ART in Dennis Apartment assisted with 1 other ART.

Not yet Bi Surti finished the conversation, but Dennis had interrupted.
"Sorry Mas, Bi Surti has to go back to the Apartment because Ma'am Ola has pity there herself." Dennis said and led Bi Surti out of Melati's room.
Herman was just looking at the incident. He returns to his cell phone and tries to call Nisa back. Herman also repeatedly sent Whatsapp messages to the girl.
"Where are you, Nisa." Chirp Herman riled.
While Dennis was in the hallway of the Hospital walking with Bi Surti.
"I'm sorry Bi, I had to lie. Because there's something else I want to tell Auntie. I would like to ask for the same kind of help, Bi Surti." Dennis stopped his steps while in the ICU room.
"What do you ask for, Aden?" ask Bi Surti.
Dennis invites Bi Surti to go inside and still lies Nisa there. Bi Surti's heart felt sorry for the female patient lying there.
"I'm asking you to take care of this woman, Bi. I beg you, Bi." Answer Dennis.
"Oh my God, who is he, Den?" tanya Bi Surti was worried.
"He's Mas Herman's nurse and I'll propose to him after he's cured." Answer Dennis.
"So this is a future wife, Den Dennis?" ask Bi Surti.
Dennis just nodded.
"What's his name, Den? Beautiful pisan candidate, Aden." asked Bi Surti.
"Showever, Bi." Answer Dennis.
"Is he seriously ill, Den?" ask Bi Surti.
Dennis just shook his head while holding Nisa's hand.
" He fell into a coma after becoming a donor to Mas Herman. Nisa is willing to become a kidney donor for Mas Herman so that Mas Herman can get well soon, Bi. Unfortunately I have to keep this a secret from anyone. Please don't tell anyone, Mama and Mas Herman." Answer Dennis.
"Yes Allah.. Very good Non Nisa, hopefully He will recover soon. Aunt promised you'd keep this a secret, Den." Bi Surti.
"Thank you, Bi. Sorry I have to go back to Mas Herman's room." Dennis said and let go of the grip on Nisa's hand.
"Yes, Aden." Sahut Bi Surti's.
"Wake up, Nis. I need you." Dennis said softly and kissed Nisa's forehead.
After that Dennis left the ICU room and moved to Herman's room.
