Togar is considered a child by Leo and Karissa. They found Togar when he was two years old, Togar living on the street who daily presented newspapers right at the red light stop.
Leo felt pity when he saw the little boy all day struggling in the streets. In the morning he peddled newspapers in his hands, during the day he changed to peddling soft drinks and cigarettes. Almost every day Leo watched the little boy.
That day Leo came home the night from his company, as usual he saw the little boy was still on the streets, Leo had thought about his parents who could treat minors like that, but Leo's estimate misses when he gets out of his car and greets the boy.

The little boy nodded. Leo took the boy to his car to take him home. Leo's wife, Karissa, was shocked to see her husband bringing a child home. Leo explained about Togar to his wife and meant to take the child to his house.
Long story short Karissa agreed to her husband's desire to raise Togar to be his foster child. At that time Morin and Nita were married, and each lived with his family.
