Although it was a bit late because there was work she had to finish, Aira kept her promise to come to the Special Child community headquarters along with her little daughter.

Arriving at Aira's place seems familiar with some mothers who have become members of the Special Child community.

"Chelsee playing with friends first yeah here, mamah sit there." Aira asked her daughter to play with her friends in a mini playground that is still one room with a meeting room, inside the mini playground there are two adults who watch the children play.

Chelsee nodded his head and immediately ran to join together with his friends.

Aira smiled at her cheerful and confident daughter playing with anyone even though she did not know her new friends yet.

After making sure his daughter was playing safely then he approached Cara and Aira sat down next to him.

"Okay mom's, according to our agreement earlier if for the time being I will replace the position of community chairman and vice chairman of the community will be occupied by mommy Chelsee" Cara said.

Cara's statement suddenly made Aira surprised because he had just come and did not know anything about the meeting.

"Come on Cara, how am I?" ask Aira.

"It's okay mom's this until the end of this period alone, at most only four months only. Then we will find a replacement that is really ready." explained Cara.

"All right." Aira agreed to the decision, then they started talking about the program that must be run as designed.

The biggest event to close the period was Universal Children's Day, which took place on November 20, in the program, the Special Child community will work together with the government to hold an art performance for children with special needs from various communities and special schools.

Aira submitted her florist to decorate the event for free, and she also submitted several proposals such as a bazaar for handicraft products for children with special needs.

Aira believes this idea will remove stigma against people with disabilities and provide support to improve the independence and equal rights of people with disabilities in various aspects of life. 

"But mom's time is only four months away" Cara said.

"We will look for activities that children like, so they can learn with a lot of fun" said Aira with confidence.

Later that day, Aira contacted Azzam's employees to ask him to find a pottery craftsman who could teach the children and bring the tools and materials needed.

"Mom's I have an acquaintance of a choreographer, maybe we can teach the children dance" said Erika. How to nod his head he agreed to Erika's proposal and asked Erika to immediately contact the choreographer.

All of them work together to make Universal Children's Day the best possible event.

The days alternate almost every day for the past four months, the headquarters of the Special Child community crowded filled by children with special needs who are practicing painting, making various kinds of handicrafts such as: gates, knitting, flower arranging, which will be the result of their creations will be sold during the event and all sales will be handed over to the children who make them.

In addition there are also those who berlatin playing angklung musical instruments, Aira and Special Child community mothers only facilitate all these activities, children are free to choose activities in accordance with their respective passions.

"Thank you mom's, Chelsee's mommy idea was amazing" Cara said while watching Zabdan who was practicing cabaret with Chelsee.

"Sama-sama mba, I hope this activity continues so that children can continue to hone their talents. I went there first" said Aira, then he walked to the piano next to the children who were practicing cabaret.

Aira sat down at the piano with a smile satisfied to see the acting of her little daughter who seemed worried about playing a turtle in the story 'The Story of Turtle & Rabbit'

'I think your arrogant personality is making you fail' Chelsee acted as if he was advising Zabdan as a rabbit.

'Okay-okay, I was wrong. Sorry!!' Zabdan bowed in shame and then stretched out his hand, Chelsee accepted Zabandan's hand, and invited Zabdan and the others to dance with him.

Seeing the cabaret was over, Aira immediately pressed the piano keys while singing the song Try Everything which was popularized by Shakira.

Aira and the children of the cabaret team received a standing ovation from the community mothers.

"Thank you mom's, see you tomorrow the day after the event" Aira greeted one by one the community mothers, after which he invited his daughter back to his residence.

Until the anticipated day of the Universal Children's Day event held in the hall room of the city DPRD, Aira came early to check all the preparations, he said, while his daughter came when pickles took place by her ART.

When Aira was checking all the preparations for the event, she got word if Cara's mother had an accident so Cara had to go to the Hospital, but Cara makes sure that if Zabdan will come on time by being dropped by her nanny, Cara asks Aira to replace him to give a speech at the event.

At 09.35 after the Mayor delivered his speech, it was Aira's turn to deliver his speech as vice chairman of the Special Child community and chairman of the committee replacing Cara.

Allow me here as chairman of the Universal Children's Day event committee to say a word.

Earlier, I thanked Mr. Mayor, who had the opportunity to attend the Universal Children's Day event this time.

To the committee and all members of the Special Child community who have worked wholeheartedly, I also thank you very much. We can appreciate the advantages and disadvantages of this event, and hopefully if there are those who do not like to be forgiven.

On this occasion I want to express, disability is part of diversity, both need tolerance. But we both know that not everyone has tolerance, That's the bitter fact. For this reason, the need to increase the independence of children with disabilities in various aspects of life, hopefully with the Universal Children's Day event we can find out the talents or passion of our children, so that it will be easy to determine the goals that you want to achieve.
