" Well Arnold.... " Sera ran while shouting approaching Arnold's body. He pulled Arnold's head into his lap.

" Wake up!" Sera patted Arnold's cheek gently hoping Arnold would open his eyes. But hope is hope because Arnold does not open his eyes. Don't open your eyes, move your finger Arnold can't.

In Arnold's subconscious, he can feel Sera's worry. In his heart he smiled, realizing that Sera still loved him. But after that he really could not feel anything.

People immediately took Arnold to the ER room in the hospital where Sera was treated. Sera, Raksa and Madam Wijaya waited in the front seat of the ER with anxious feelings.

" Oh my God save Arnold! I don't owe him my life. Poor Mia, God... He's too small to live by Arnold Hiks... Why did you save me, Mom? Should've let me die, let me be in there right now." Sera said sobbing. He did not know if his words cut the heart of Vijaya.

Raksa pulled Sera's head to lean on her shoulder.

" Calm down Sera! Arnold must be fine." Raksa said trying to calm Sera down.

" How can I calm down Raksa? Inside was a savior who was struggling with his death. If anything happens to Arnold, I can't forgive myself. I'll punish myself." Sera Say.

They waited for almost two hours, and the doctor came out to tell them if there was bleeding in Arnold's brain. He needed surgery to stop the bleeding. Without wasting time, Sera immediately signed the approval document and was ready to bear all the risks without blaming the hospital.

The operation was carried out immediately by a specialist surgical team in the operating room. Sera continued to recite prayers so that the operation went smoothly and as expected.

Three hours later, the light that was originally red has now gone out. That's a sign the operation has been completed, before long the doctor came out of there. Seeing the door open, Sera immediately approached the doctor.

" How's the operation Doc? Is the operation going well? Is my future husband okay?"
