Who's He?(Part 1)

In a skyscraper in the city of Anzeyra.

There was an uninhabited old building that seemed to be covered by another tall building.

The building is located in the North center of Anzeyra city where it is the place whose name is listed in the paper that was found 1 day ago...

Suddenly there was a door facing upwards and it turned out to be the exit of the basement...
