The Disquiet of the Debeur Family

The city of Zarklando is in the southernmost region of the State where the claws of the Debeur Corporation Business are located, and there stands the large and magnificent Debeur family pavilion currently occupied by Jason Debeur and Clara Debeur and their family members. Jason and Clara as the heirs to Debeur Hoffman's business and family fortune, Fank Debeur and Julia Hoffman, who have died, successfully evict Tomy Debeur, who is their younger brother by making a fake deed. This is done by Jason and Clara after knowing a truth told by the mother who nurtured them both from the baby who is also the biological mother of these two brothers, Ingrid Romana, a child orphanage owner who also has a baby boy with an illicit relationship, gives his son to be adopted by Frank and Julia. 2 Years later Ingrid gave birth to a daughter of the same father and again allowed Frank and Julia to adopt the baby girl.

After being married for 5 years Frank Debeur and Julia Hoffman have not been blessed with a child, with the mutual consent of Debeur's extended family and Hoffman's extended family, Frank Debeur and Julia Hoffman's family, they secretly adopt a child from an orphanage. Their first child was adopted when the baby boy they named Jason was just 3 weeks old, and 2 years later Frank and Julia again adopt a baby girl they named Clara. The two babies remain cared for by their caregiver who is also their biological mother Ingrid Romana, a year after Clara was adopted finally Julia was confirmed positive pregnant at the age of 28 years, 9 Months later Julia gave birth to a son they named Tomy.

Max Dorigan as the legal representative of the Debeur family and the Hoffman family gets an order from Alexander Hoffman's father Julia, to immediately make an official deed of the heir to the entire business and wealth of the Hoffman extended family on behalf of Tomy Debeur or his descendants with the markings of a Dragon-head jade necklace. Alexander Hoffman learned that Frank and Julia had other children as a result of adoption and were not direct descendants, the Hoffman family did not want their wealth to fall into the hands of anyone other than their direct descendants.

Jason and Clara remain nurtured in the Debeur family Pavilion by a hired nanny until they turn 5, while Tomy is taken care of by Julia. Years passed by Jason and Clara and Tomy grew up together and they formed a brotherhood like siblings, Frank and Julia also did not discriminate the three children in giving an outpouring of affection. But on the other hand the relationship between the biological mother and her adopted son and daughter is still intertwined because Ingrid Romana was eventually recruited by Frank and Julia became the butler at the Debeur family Mansion after he selling his own orphanage.

At the end of his life Ingrid told all the truth to Jason and Clara by showing evidence of the adoption letter he kept for more than 20 years, Jason and Clara become anxious about the reality they are facing and then they cunningly create a false proof of adoption stating that Tomy is an actual adopted child then spread the news to the public debeur and Hoffman's extended family and the city of Zarklando. Unbeknownst to them Max Dorigan has had official and legally valid State evidence and Albert Debeur's younger brother from Frank Debeur as his witness during the creation of the Expert Act of Heirs.

Since the 5-year departure of Tomy and Bella from the city of Zarklando, Max and Albert have been trying to find them to straighten out the real facts. But during that time they lost track and presence of Tomy Debeur and Bella Castelo, that is because Tomy has changed all his identity including health facility information and his bank account and even the savings trail from his late father has been renamed Ray Mound the Eldest Son.

"Max...!, how are the search results conducted by your Legal Agency team?" albert Debeur asked as they met at a secret place in a park on the outskirts of Zarklando.

In the Debeur family, Max owns 1.5% and Albert Debeur 2.5%, so Jason and Clara own only 3% of the total share value of Debeur Corporation.
