EIGHT TARGETS
33. Meeting Back with Senior Bully

Andika began to look to have fun in her daily life after getting to know Kaiser.  Andika who used to look at me with the expression of her eyes that resembled a dead fish, now became full of sparkles.  Indeed preparing for the future with various skills is a must, but what does it mean if my son can not enjoy his youth.  I feel guilty for my son for taking so much time in his precious golden years with the various lessons I prepared for him.  It is fortunate that Kaiser can replace my role in teaching Andika the meaning of enjoying youth.

[I'm sorry, son.  I don't know how to enjoy that youth because I've never experienced it.]

But since hanging out with Kaiser, Andika became more diligent in following his lessons.  Both in terms of attitude, skills, and knowledge increased drastically.  He became a more deserving child to be the heir of the Setiabudi family.  Of course, even without it all, Andika is still my precious child.

He sometimes asked to go for a walk and play outside.  If it was the old me, I would have banned it.  I'm so scared that my son is falling into the wrong relationship.  However, as Kaiser was by his side, my worries diminished and I could calmly allow it.

Since the fall of my family, I have had the ability to judge the good and bad intentions of a person.  When I finally got to meet my son's best friend, quickly my instincts were able to catch him, he was a good and trustworthy boy.  Of course, I don't trust that instinct.  My trust in Kaiser was built along with how long I interacted with him.

That's how I ended up entrusting Andika to him behind my back.  Based on how long I've been with him and also based on some of my investigations, I believe that Kaiser is a good boy.

That afternoon, Fero, who had been seen coming home from school, once again appeared.  He was in a park near an art student building.  Not long after, Alicia approached him.

Seeing Alicia approaching him, Fero said, “So what else do you want?”

“Why does Brother talk like that?  Didn't Big Brother promise to expose Kaiser's rot?  Why until now there has been no development and now Brother is actually trying to avoid me?”  Alicia vented her emotions instantly to Fero.

“I never promised that at all.  I'm just saying that we'll reveal the perpetrator of your family's murder.”

“Isn't that the same?  After all the culprit is that fucking Kaiser.”  Alicia quickly cut Fero's words with her words while shouting.

“Dek Alicia's.  Gini yes.  There has been no investigation at all that has led to the suspect being Kaiser.  And based on my investigations all this time in his class, I could tell that he was a good boy.  Precisely in retrospect, who is evil here?”  Said Fero while glancing at Alicia with sentiment.

“What do you mean?  Of course he's the bad one.  He is very shrewd in hiding his demonic nature behind his angel mask.”  Alicia was increasingly unable to hold back her emotions.

“Storet friend table with words like ‘dead only you’ is really a very suitable behavior for bully.”  Fero said it while chuckling in front of Alicia as if it was funny.

“Kakak insinuating me?”  Alicia looked very angry at Fero's provocation.

However, Fero himself just silently saw Alicia consumed by his provocation.  He was tired of talking to someone who could not accept his opinion.

“Triiiing.”

The ringing of the phone broke that brief silence.  Fero picked up the phone immediately.

“Ya..Yes..Good Senior.”.

Fero immediately hung up his phone and put it back in his jacket pocket.  He then ruffled his waist while chuckling as if something was amusing.

“Hahs.  Apparently there's another person like you.”  Said Fero while looking at Alicia.

“What do you mean?  Who is Kak?”

“Senior Dono's.  He said he would go to school soon to investigate whether there was a key to the library where Kaiser was locked.  He asked me to tell you so that you can immediately inform BP teachers of your acquaintances at this school to prepare everything."

Fero continued, too,

"Really, Senior Dono's imagination is too high.  Just because Kaiser was sweating while panting for breath from climbing up, he becomes suspicious that it is because he ran to the scene to kill the victim then returned to school and the locked incident in the library with Andika is to be used as his crime alibi.  What an incredible imagination.”  Fero said that with a wry laugh while shaking his head.

Alicia who listened to Fero's words, somehow looked at Fero deeply as if she was planning something.

Mr. Sudarmin shook his teeth like he was about to swear, but was immediately stopped by Araka before he could be removed.

“Stop Sir.  I'm sure he wasn't the culprit.  He is a coward who does not dare to do so.  Don't add to the problem and let's focus on finding the real culprit.”

Araka said as she looked at Kaiser.  Kaiser looked back at Araka and when their eyes met, Araka immediately turned her face looking annoyed.

Mister Lucias and Bu Nana who were also trying to say something, were held back by Kaiser with a gesture of his hand to the two of them as if hinting to just leave immediately.

Kaiser and his parents passed through Sudarmin and his entourage.  However, Araka immediately shouted and said,

“Kaiser, are you happy with what happened to Aleka and Rihana?  Are you glad that the bullies who used to torture your best friend are now dying?

“What do you mean?”  Kaiser immediately responded with a slightly angry tone.

“Do not get me wrong.  I never thought you did it or you told anyone to do it.  I just asked if you're finally happy with that?”  Araka once again raised her voice.

“Which may I be happy if anyone dies.  I often imagine in my heart to kill you.  But, of course it's not to be done because what I want to get rid of is actually not you, but the inhospitable environment, the atmosphere created by you."

Kaiser paused for a moment before continuing,

"I just want you to receive the appropriate reply for your actions, then apologize to Dios, then Dios will come to her senses again. Hiks... Hiks...” Unknowingly Kaiser let out his tears behind his beautiful blue eyes.

“I was expecting you to answer like that.  That's exactly how you are.  But not expected you are a crybaby huh?”

Unexpectedly, Araka would say it in a gentle tone.  His expression was bright as if showing sincerity even though Kaiser was his rival.

“What does Senior mean?”

“Hahahaha!  I just want to say it.  More important than that.”

Araka paused her sentence before continuing.

“Ma..”

Araka once again stopped her speech.

“I keep thinking that what I did to Dios was not a mistake.  Someone has to know the place.  It's not worth it for us to be friends with people from the lower classes.  After all from the beginning it was your fault that I had to teach him a lesson to get everything back in place.”

“Senior, you're still trash like you used to be.”

Kaiser uttered it in a low tone, but it still sounded threatening.  Kaiser's eyes sparkled blue like demons.

“I don't care what you judge me because that's what I've been taught.  I have no intention of getting rid of the value that has been instilled in me by my family all this time.”  Said Araka firmly.

Araka's expression then turned sad.  Eyes sluice.  He then said,

“However, for the incident at RS Dewantara, I apologize for it.  It was my carelessness for not being able to control my men well.”

Araka also went to catch up with Mr. Sudarmin while Kaiser was silent for a moment staring at Araka who was getting away.  His eyes were shining blue like demons.  Shortly after, his parents patted Kaiser on the shoulder.  Kaiser turned around and also left the place.
