Echoes In My Heart
Reunite

*In the Director's Room

Alana is thrilled to be back in her hometown again. The main reason he returned to his homeland, because his father and mother would move to the city of Bogor to build a new factory there. And even more proud, now he can help his father in the factory. That's Alana's dream since childhood, every school holiday he and his brother, Alka, often invited his father and mother to visit the factory. Alana enjoys observing employees who are busy with textile machinery. Until he wanted to help his father in a factory that had been managed since he was young. At a time when girls are eager to enjoy their youth with shopping and fun, Alana prefers to study and wants to graduate college immediately in order to help manage the factory. Indeed, he was accustomed to a life abroad that was so free, but he could still take care of himself and limit the association with his friends there. Not forgetting her nature as a woman, Alana is also good at caring for her beauty even though not too often to the salon like the girls in general. It's also because Bobby, the man who is 1 year old is dating Alana, who always asks her to look more beautiful when she is away together.

Suddenly his phone rang, seen the name “Papaku” on the phone screen. Alana answered immediately.

“Hallo Pa,” greet Alana when she hears her father's voice across there.

“Hallo Son, is everything okay there? I'm sorry Papa just got in touch with you because there's still a lot of work to be done here,” said Mr. Alex worried about Alana. Since this was the first experience for Alana to take over her duties, it was usually Alka, Alana's older sister who replaced her while out of town. But now Alka was accompanying him to take care of the construction of a new branch of the factory.

“Everything is fine Pa. Papa don't worry. I can take care of the factory here” said Alana who felt her father's doubts.

“Well if you can. I'm just worried, it's your first time, son. O yes.. What was the meeting with Mr Asep?”

“Tadi who went to the factory is not Mr. Asep, Pa.but his employee,” in a lazy tone Alana answered the question of the father who reminded him of the man who always hit him.

“Maybe it's mas Echoes, son. Last week Mr. Asep came with him. How did you sign it, right?”

“Gema. Right Pa, his name is Gema. Emm, I haven't signed Pa, because it was too expensive. So I'm asking for a re-revision and tomorrow I'm telling you to come back,”

“It's not already a special price for us, son. Why do I still have to re-revision?” Alex was surprised to hear his daughter's explanation.

“According to me a lot of Pa-dipped fees. The price of the package per person is very expensive. Time only to Jogja should be a lot of this and that expenditure,” said Alana still maintains her opinion.

“Could not do dong Alana. Just ask for help you to sign and pay dp only. Not to revise his submission.”

“That's right, Papa take it easy, let Alana take care of this. Calculate Pa saving. Later the money can be further divided into annual bonuses,” said Alana casually.

“Do you not feel sorry? They are a growing travel, Papa is also trying to please Papa.” employees Mr. Alex is getting dizzy with Alana's reasons.

“Alana know it Pa. Tomorrow Alana will report again. Alana's closing first. Papa be careful there.” Alana ended the call.

(What about Mr Asep? Will he approve Alana's request? murmured Mr. Alex while shaking his head).

“What's Pa? Alana's fine right there?” asked Alka who had seen her father confused.

“Alana asked Gema for a re-revision of her submission because she thought it was too expensive, Al. Though it has a lot of discounts from Mr. Asep for us,” replied Mr. Alex. Alka momentarily thought there might be an intent behind the decision her sister made.

“Alright, while Papa agrees with your opinion. We'll wait for the latest news tomorrow. Hopefully Gema can be relied upon,” replied Mr. Alex later while continuing their activities to monitor the construction of a new factory.

*Night

When Echo came home from work, he missed the twilight he had always enjoyed in his earlier days. He advanced his favorite vespa with moderate speed so as not to rush to the house. Before long he had arrived and put his vespas next to the house. Echoes take off his helmet and when he opens the door he is struck by the sound of Mang Dadang, a neighbor next door who has always sought the attention of Gema's mother since they moved to Bandung.

“Tumben mas New echo home?” tanya Mang Dadang shocked the Echoes.

“Eh, yes Mang Dadang, was out overtime at the office. Excuse me to enter first yes,” replied Gema rather evasive, Mang Dadang asserted. (If it continues until dawn).

“Bu, Echoes home.” Echoes straight to his mother's room. But he didn't see his mother in the room. Echoes looking into the kitchen, and it turns out that indeed his mother is cooking for dinner in the kitchen.

“Eh you've come home son. Tumben until night.” his mother smiled relievedly seeing Echoes already at home.

“Iya Ma'am, there was an additional job so Echoes must be overtime. Sorry Mom, Gema did not have time to call Mom,” replied Echo while drinking a glass of water to release something stuck in her throat from earlier. “What mom cooks? Echoes were hungry earlier did not have time for lunch as well.”

“Mother cook your favorite vegetables and tempe orek. Take care of your health, son, don't work too hard. Later if sick, you yourself are bothered,” pinta Ibu Gema while preparing a meal for his favorite child. Echoes asserted then greedily he spent the dinner with his mother. After eating the Echoes say goodbye to the bathroom and immediately rest his body that was so tired today. Echoes prepared the file he had brought from the office for him to bring tomorrow to meet Alana at the designated place earlier this afternoon.

*In Cafe O

The next day Gema arrived at Cafe O, Alana was already there. Immediately Echoes towards Alana's desk and greets her.

“Siang mbak Alana, sorry I kept you waiting,” said Echo politely.

“What did I marry your sister? I don't like being called mbak. Call Alana aja,” said Alana ketus.

“Salah kept meeting him,” muttered Gema quietly almost inaudible by Alana.

“What did you say just now?” alana heard it.

“Emm, no mbak, I mean Alana. Can we start now,” Gema divert the conversation to immediately go from the presence of this jutek girl. He submitted the file that Alana requested yesterday. Alana accepted it, her eyes were round and her forehead was furrowed at once seeing the file was the file that Gema had brought to the office yesterday.

“This is yesterday's file? Why did you bring it back here?” alana asked while looking intently at Gema. (That gaze again, Inner Echoes).
