Arnold drove his car to the nearest hospital. The streets were quite quiet making their journey quickly to the destination. Arnold's car enters the hospital for the ER.

Mia was already completely unconscious, as Alex carried her into the ER. The doctor immediately checked the condition of the pale Mia.

Alex: "Please, doctor. My wife is pregnant."

Doctor: "We'll check first, sir. Please wait outside."

Alex was forced out of the ER examination room and sat down at the doctor's desk. A nurse asked Alex a few questions she answered quickly.

Alex is silent to hear the doctor say that Mia needs a blood donor. Sister asks Mia's blood type and Alex can't answer it.

Rara who has arrived, entered into the ER room.

He heard when the nurse asked Mia's blood type,

Rara: "Mom's blood type AB Positive, nurse."

Sister: "Well, are there family members who share the same blood type?"

Rara: "My husband, sister. A moment."

Rara exits the ER and pulls Arnold in. Sisters keep gawking up to see Arnold's maximum handsome visual even if only wearing t-shirts and shorts.

Very paradise when the cold ER only contains colleagues who are not too good looking, suddenly there are two cogans come to cool the view.

Sister: "His father is coming with me."

Arnold lay in the ER bed next to Mia who was still being examined by a doctor. The nurse checked Arnold's blood pressure and began the process of taking blood.

Alex clutches Rara who looks tougher than him.

Alex: "You know Mia's blood type?"

Rara: "We once donated blood at school, reward. I'm patient."

After Mia was examined for about half an hour, the doctor kept her out of the examination room.

Alex: "Where is my wife, doctor?"

Doctor: "Did his mother ever fall? Or drink something unusual?"

Alex: "Know I'm not a doctor. We are together because of our work together. But he had a nightmare."

The doctor said: "I apologize in advance, but the fetus in the womb of the father's wife can not be saved. Your wife miscarried, sir."

Alex almost falls if Rara doesn't hold him back, her tears dripping from hearing the fact that her unborn child has to leave.

Doctor: "Might be too tired to work. The first trimester pregnancy is indeed quite vulnerable let alone the first pregnancy."

Alex feels more guilty, because every day he asks for rations on Mia. Maybe that's what caused Mia to get tired. Alex hits his head in frustration, what he will tell Mia when he wakes up.

Rara tried to calm her agitated papa. He is also sad to lose his sister. But how else would it be if fate had cut off the path of his life even before he was born.

Mia woke up after almost 6 hours of unconsciousness. His mother was there, sitting next to him.

Mom: "Well..."

Mama Mia: "Are you conscious, baby? What's that hurting?"

Mia: "Well, where is Mia?"

Mama Mia: "You're in the hospital, baby."

Mia: "Mia's stomach hurts, mah. What's going on?"

Mama Mia: "Honey, this is all Alex's fault. Mama's already legal she can't see you."

Mia: "I mean mama? Where's Alex?"

Mama Mia: "Because of her you... Baby, your baby's gone..."

Mia: "What??!!"

Mia's breathing suddenly frenzied, she felt pain in the lower part of her body. His stomach felt stiff but flatter than before.

Mia: "Where is my baby??!!"

Rara who heard Mia's cry immediately entered the room. He tried to persuade his father to take a shower and change his clothes. Because the clothes he wore were full of Mia's blood. Alex's performance was rather appalling for the hospital visitor.

Alex also wanted to enter, but her sharp gaze made her guts growl. Alex could only look into the room from the door. She saw Mia crying hysterically inside.

Alex cries outside Mia's room again, she can feel the devastation of Mia's feelings when she finds out the baby in her womb is gone. Arnold, sitting with Alex, patted his father-in-law on the shoulder.

Alex still does not want to drink, he has not even eaten and slept since he arrived at the hospital and the day is already early in the morning.

She still waited in front of Mia's room, although her grandmother and the twins tried to persuade her to go home and take a bath, she did not budge.

Just before night, Mama Mia finally let down to hear Mia continue to whine to meet Alex.

Mia: "Ma, Mia wants to see Alex. It's not Alex's fault, Mia can't take care of herself, mah."

Mama Mia: "She should be the husband take care of you, not the cooling of her kneeling bird! Just watch him. Mama circumcision, just found out the taste."

Mia: "Don't...!!!!"

Mama Mia to cover her ears to hear the cry of Mia who is hysterical because she does not want her husband circumcised again.

Alex went into the room on Arnold's boat, just as he was about to stand Alex almost fell. He was dehydrated and had not eaten for nearly 18 hours. His knees trembling violently did not strongly support his body.

Mia saw Alex's chaotic appearance, she could already sit up even though her stomach was still hurting. Alex looked at Mia and their cries broke again. They hugged each other crying together.

Alex gawks at Mia's reaction, unwilling to stop crying and into the bathroom on Arnold's boat.

Arnold: "Well, the door is not locked. Arnold wait outside."

Mia wiped away her tears, she looked at Rara with teary eyes.

Mia: "This is the bribe your papa ate yes. Mama really can't look at papa that way. My mom is not pa-pa. There's still you, mama's children."

Mia hugs Rara and the twins who keep her company after school. Mama Mia smiles to see Mia's love for her stepchildren.

Flashbacks...

After calming herself down, Mia asked Alex where she was. Rara tells Alex's condition to Mia but Mama Mia has not allowed Alex to see Mia.

Mia had told me that last night she dreamed Stella was with Alex in a hotel room. He was surprised to see it and it affected his content.

Not to mention before that they have to deal with some problems, especially from Alex's past that has re-emerged. Stress plus lack of rest because of regular exercise with Alex, making his stomach often cramp.

But Mia just keeps the pain to herself and doesn't tell Alex. At its peak last night, the baby couldn't survive.

Mia: "Mia is not taking care of herself, ma. I know I'm pregnant, but I don't have emotions. Likes to unconsciously bring yourself not careful. Mia's also sloppy, mah."

Mama Mia: "Bela dah your husband continues. He's also one of the causes of your condition."

Again Alex followed Mia's words without resisting. Mia smiled to see Alex becoming obedient. It seems like her mother's punishment was quite successful.

Alex ate while looking at Mia, until she choked and coughed.

Rara: "Well, come here. Look at my mom again."

Mia smiled meaningfully at Alex. They have just lost the fruit of their love and definitely need each other to strengthen each other.
