After bathing Adi came out of the bathroom with his full outfit. His body shivered from bathing in cold water, he was not used to bathing in cold water in the morning. He rubbed his hands and sat down at the dinner table.
Siti went into the kitchen with the coat she had brought. “Use this Mas,” Siti said.
Adi accepted and immediately put it on. “Please make Tea,” pinta Adi.
Siti nodded and immediately prepared a warm tea for Adi.
Adi stared at the tea that Siti prepared, he immediately drank it slowly. Warm feelings began to spread on his cold body.
Siti carried a note containing a shopping list, then put it in a bag. “Come mas,” Invite Siti.
Adi had finished half his cup of tea, he got up from his seat and walked following Siti outside.
Siti deliberately did not say goodbye to her mother for fear of disturbing, after all her mother would need more rest time.
Siti and Adi went to the market. Adi parked his car, he was about to get out of the car. But when opening the door of a muddy street car greeted him, as well as the smell of garbage, the fishy smell pungent in Adi's nose. “I wait in the car only,” said Adi. He closed the door again.
Seeing Adi's face that looks disgusted Siti understood. “Then wait a minute, Mas, Siti shopping first,” pamit Siti.
Siti shopped around the market looking for her needs. Siti's right and left hands were already full of her groceries, sweat soaking Siti's forehead. He returned to where Adi's car was parked. “Mas,” call Siti. He had difficulty opening the car door while under the looks of stagnant water, his groceries could not be saved just like that.
Adi looked to the side. “Log in,” Adi's word.
“Please open the door Mas,” said Siti slightly shouted for Adi to hear.
Adi leaned over her body to open the door beside her. Siti put her groceries just sitting down.
Adi noticed Siti's body that looked sweaty, as the male side of Adi was quite excited just to see Siti sweating. ‘Aware Adi,' Inner Adi. He started his car and started driving away from the market.
Arriving at their house down from the car a smiling man towards Siti.
“So long ago did not meet Sit,” said the man.
Siti smiled kindly towards him. “Iya, Masnya is busy continuing to wander. Just returned home?”
Adi noticed the man who seemed to smile meaningfully towards Siti, already can Adi guess the man has feelings for Siti.
“Iya. Said you were married, is this your husband?”
Siti looked towards Adi. “Iya Mas, introduce this Mas Adi husband Siti.”
Adi welcomed the man's hand. “Dika,” said the man.
“Adi,” Adi replied.
He pulled his hand back quickly. If you look at his appearance it seems like Dika is just a hardworking man who wanders for money. His appearance was too ordinary, wearing only t-shirts and jeans from local brands.
“Then Mas first yes Sit,” pampit Dika.
“Iya Mas, later tonight come at tahlil event ya Mas,” said Siti.
Dika nodded smiling towards Siti and Adi then walked away from them.
“Who?” ask Adi.
Siti looked in wonder at Adi. “Dika Mas,” Reply Siti.
“Anaknya sir the Village Chief, my upperclassman when Middle School first,” Siti replied a little story. He walked into the house in his hand.
“It looks like he likes you,” said Adi deliberately fishing.
“Iya, used to want to go home to propose. But Siti did not give permission,” replied Siti. Arriving in the kitchen he kept his groceries on the floor.
“Loh why, good chance anyway. Could be the son-in-law of mr. Kades,” Adi quipped.
Siti washed her hands and looked at her husband. “Mas why?”
“What?”
“I do not want to be applied Dika, because at that time just graduated from school. I also still want to continue my education, so I do not allow,” replied Siti explained misunderstanding. Although Adi is sharp, Siti feels jealousy in Adi.
Adi turned his face away, he sat on the chair pulled out his phone.
While Siti walked towards the back door opened it wide so that the morning light went inside. Siti separated the things she bought. He separated the various proteins he bought for washing. Siti went to wash it in the back bathroom, so that the bathroom in the house does not smell fishy.
Finish washing it Siti set it up in the freezer. Siti saw no sign of her mother. Even the warm tea that Siti made is still fully filled and the lid is still in place. Siti walked to her mother's room next to the kitchen. Siti's hand knocked on the door slowly. “Bu,” call Siti.
“Case Sit,” replied The mother from the inside.
Siti went inside and smiled at her mother who was still wearing her face and sitting on the prayer mat. “Kok mom doesn't drink her tea?” ask Siti she approached her mother and sat down next to her.
“Yes the mother forgot, finished the morning prayer. Continue to see in the quiet house mom take ablution further prayer duha,” replied Devi.
“Mau Siti get her tea?” tawar Siti's.
“No need Siti, later I take it myself .. how is your marriage Sit?” ask the mother with a worried tone.
Siti's lips smiled widely, as if there was not the slightest burden in her life. “Good Mom, especially Mr. Gunawan and Bu Indira are very good at Siti. Siti at home stay city.”
Devi was a little relieved to hear it, although it was not the thing that Devi actually wanted to hear. But Devi does not want to interfere too far, if indeed Siti is happy with her marriage. “Alhamdulillah mommy is happy to hear it.”
“Mother wants Siti cook what?” ask Siti.
“Anything,” replied Devi. He was not so happy to eat.
“You sweet sour shrimp Bu?” tawar Siti's.
“Your husband likes?”
Siti nodded. “Iya, if you want another let Siti make it,” said Siti.
“That's it, add spicy kale saute ya Sit,” pinta Devi.
“Good Mom. Then Siti to the kitchen again yes, mother rest,” said Siti while stroking her mother's shoulder.
“Iya, you do not get too tired yes,” pinta Devi with her worried tone.
“Good Bu.” Siti walked out of her mother's room and closed the door tightly.
When he reached the kitchen Siti noticed Adi who was still busy with her phone. Thought Siti might be her husband is busy taking care of work. Siti continued the event to re-clean her groceries, and began arranging them into the refrigerator. He took the ingredients to cook. Siti is struggling with her kitchen workers.
Already half an hour Adi sat and felt aching in his butt that sat on a wooden chair without a pedestal. He noticed Siti moving to and fro cooking something, her scent tickling her empty stomach. Adi only had breakfast with one steamed loaf of bread, and Adi felt hungry again while smell the fragrant aroma of Siti's cooking.
