As Emira continues to rebel, one of the men who has the biggest posture smothers Emira's mouth with a handkerchief that has been mixed with anesthesia, slowly Emira's body unconscious, and quickly, the man carried Emira's body into the car.

Sister Desi picked up the phone ring in the ongoing operating room.

"Sorry Doctor Azam, there's a call." Speak Sister Desi Lirih to Doctor Azam.

"Who's sus ?" Ask Doctor Azam who is focusing on helping the Emir in his operation.

Doctor Azam looked at the Emir, after getting a nod from the Emir, and with the help of Sister Desi, Azam picked up the phone.

"Right doc..." Answer Azam

"About 30 minutes will be over." Azam predicted the completion time of the operation that had lasted for approximately 2 hours.

"Nice doc." The phone connection was cut off. Azam returned to his place, in the presence of the Emir who was conducting operations there.

Azam looks nervous, but as much as possible stay calm, he looks at Emir who looks very focused on his patients.

"Whatever you hear on the phone there, let it be business after this operation is over." Said the Emir Doctor without taking his eyes off the patient's body.

Azam did not reply, because he knew very well how the Emir, whatever was happening out there, would not affect an Emir if he was already in the operating room.

Azam sighed, and tried to focus back on the operation that was about to be completed.

"The rest I leave to you." Said Dr. Emir when he was done doing surgery on his patients. The operation was successful and went well.

"Well Emir's doctor, and congratulations on the success of this doctor's operation, you've worked hard." Said one of the assistant doctors there.

The Emir just nodded, then passed out to clean himself up, followed by Azam.

"We're going to the eighth floor." Azam said while patting Emir on the shoulder who had just come out of the dressing room after changing his operating clothes with his duty uniform.

When it was on the eighth floor, the Emir entered one of the vvip treatment rooms appointed by Azam.

"Emir..." Sapa mother Daniah saw her first son go inside.

Emir's forehead wrinkled, seeing there are 4 beds filled by 4 teenagers who are still wearing High School clothes, lying there, and one of them there is Emira.

Emir immediately approached Emira's bed, seeing his wife unconscious but without bandages and an infusion tube in her hand.

On the left side of Emira's bed was Della's bed, with her hands bandaged and an infusion needle stuck on the back of the girl's hand.

And on the right side of Emira's bed was Kiran's nursery bed which also fared the same as Della but the girl's legs also appeared on the bandage.

While next to Kiran's bed there is one more bed containing a high school teenager who is believed to be Arkana, his body is curled up against the Emir with a blanket that covers his body to the limit of the neck.

"What is this bun ?" The Emir asked the only person who did not lie there other than himself and Azam who was still standing between the beds of the High School boy.

"Mother doesn't know Emir either. David called your father, told him he was taking Emira and her friends to the hospital." Bright mother, because it is all that you know from her husband, and David also did not explain in more detail to Barra's father.

The emir clenched his hand. "Where's Joni bun ?" asked the Emir for not seeing the driver and bodyguard who was ordered to look after his wife.

"Doctor Fera." The two words that came out of David's mouth were able to make the Emir smile on his side.

"I guessed it." Azam who previously thought that this was all the work of Fera, only able to hold it in his heart, because there was no evidence that he had.

David handed over the envelope containing evidence of the transaction, and a digital trace of communication via chat, as well as a recording of a telephone connection, between Fera's doctor and Fera's doctor's men. With this evidence, it has been confirmed that doctor Fera can be easily dragged to the police station.

"She really wants to play with me." The Emir growled after seeing the evidence.
