9. Sulking

Tonight, while Reiga was in peace, enjoying the night breeze from behind the window of her room, Felisya came and began to whine spoiled at her.

"why didn't you come to worship me?" he asked while shaking Reiga's shoulder.

"for what?" he said indifferently

"sister didn't feel guilty after making me wait so long ago?"

"no"

Now that the girl was speechless after hearing her answer, she simply clenched her hands and stared intently at Reiga with a face that was about to cry.

"basic whiny!" his lips but he immediately pulled Felisya's hand, sat the little girl in his lap, and hugged her.

"why are you so spoiled for me?" the question is not thought out.

Felisya did not reply, he simply wrapped his hand around Reiga's neck, and occasionally sniffed his vanilla-flavored neck.

The atmosphere continued like that until someone knocked on the door.

TOK TOK!

Reiga intended to take off her embrace, but she instead grew more and more like the sap in the tree.

"Lake in!" her word.

THE CHUCK!

the door opened, Aldrich entered with a sharp gaze when he saw his biological son so closely with Reiga.

"i want to talk!" said flat. But his gaze seemed to imply the word "you always snatch mine"

"alright!" Reiga took off Felisya's hand which was still coiled around her neck.

"go back to your room!"

"ck, I'm interrupting!" decaknya but still according, he waltzed away towards his room

"what do you want to talk about?" reiga asked seriously, well, because he had never been close to his stepfather.

Just as Aldrich was about to speak, Melody came knocking on the door.

"sorry to interrupt" he said, "Rei, your friend is waiting for you downstairs!" said again.

without talking, Reiga waltzed away, he knew, surely Gray had come and chatted with his mother before he came here, seen from the eyes of Melody who was swollen with tears.

After Rei's departure, Melody approached Aldrich, but the man turned his face away like a five-year-old boy.

"don't talk to me!"

On the other hand, Gray and Daren were waiting for him in the living room. Reiga had just prepared two cups of coffee for them, understandably, they did not hire a maid.

Gray who saw it also filled, because Melody did not lie, the photo was taken since 5 years of Glan's return.

Reiga observed Glan smiling towards the camera while embracing Melody's shoulder. It did look like he did in the past, there was no difference at all. And he has to believe that.

"is I your son and your love?" Reiga stared in the iris of Melody's eyes which still looked as bright as the sky.

while the eyes were now watery, unable to answer his son's question.

"If I was the Alga you loved all this time, you wouldn't have to cry anymore when you remember...Because the Alga that you love is now with your mother again" he said making Melody's blood flow felt electrocuted to hear Reiga's words.

when you come back, I will be there and always be with you and yours forever..

suddenly Glan's speech at that time back ringed in his ear. Melody instantly covered her ears and bowed, her temple throbbing, painful.

"Melody!" this time it was Gray who helped her up, stroking her back to make Melody feel a little calm.

Melody flung weakly, "that's not the case, I just don't understand, why does my heart still hurt? like there's less"
