Doctor Nicholas is shocked and upset that Dr. Reina just died.

He stared at the departure of Doctor Reina.

"Did doctor Reina, I haven't finished talking yet" Nicholas' monologue was heard by Anna's sister who happened to pass in front of him.

When he arrived at his room, Nicholas was still thinking about Afifa.

POV Doctor Nicholas

From the first time I saw the doctor Afifa as if there was a magnet that made me always want to see it and get closer to him.

She was so beautiful, gentle, courteous and seemed to be very intelligent as well.

When I came out of the meeting room I followed Doctor Afifa from a distance because I knew she was with Dr. Reina.

I kept watching him from a distance so as not to be known by others.

When I saw Doctor Reina enter the room of doctor Afifa I thought about whether they were familiar and I wanted to find some information.

So long I waited and finally doctor Reina came out of the room doctor Afifa.

It was then that it took my mind to scrape out a little information about the Afifa doctor but the information I was able to not bring about results and ended up being aggravated because doctor Reina was so cold and seemed to keep my distance from me.

After doctor Reina left I was surprised by a nurse named Sister Anna because her name tag looks like it.

I wanted to find information about Doctor Afifa from Sister Anna but after I thought that maybe Doctor Afifa would be so close and open to Sister Anna because she was different.

All I saw was that they were working partners, so there was no way Sister Anna could give me the information I wanted to know.

Then I finally returned to my room.

"I have to find out all the information about Afifa's doctor" inner physician Nicholas.

While being engrossed in the thought of doctor Afifa suddenly doctor Adnan came to surprise doctor Nicholas.

"Hi daydreaming, tambet smell tofu taste" said doctor Adnan.

They left together and did not feel they had arrived at the intended cafe. The cafe is not far from the hospital and the food is also very good.

When they sat down they immediately called the waiter and ordered the food immediately.

Arriving at the hospital they see doctor Afifa and doctor Reina from a distance.

they understood what the Afifa doctors were doing.

"Where are you going" asked Nicholas.
