Hi.hi..

A week has passed.
I am currently in Mentawai.
The same cut I had lasted a few days ago.
That means the wedding procession is already underway.
Tonight is a busy night for the young men and also the traditional leaders of the middle of action in a RANDAI event a mixed activity of a story / stories and pencak silat played by a group of people.
It was almost like a musical event.
While the mothers are busy in the kitchen to prepare for tomorrow morning. Ijab kabul event which is followed by several traditional events and prayers together after the ijab kabul event/wedding process is carried out.
I'm tonight in a trough of anxiety.
Not because of the wedding ceremony.
But. My heart felt a sense of inadequacy in the corner of my heart.
I forced a smile every time someone came to see me in the bride's room that had been magnificently decorated.
"Are you doing anything?" Ask the aunt who surprised me while staring at the beautiful mosquito net of my bed.
My aunt quietly closed my bedroom door.
Sitting on the edge of the bed staring at me.
"It's good to be bi" I replied
"Ci. Tomorrow you are no longer alone. Forget the past. Start learning to share" said the aunt who made me look at her for a long time
"Auntie knows everything" she replied standing near me.
I held my aunt and Iz there.
"You should be able to accept everything ci. Age and soul mate are god's secrets. You try to walk it with sincerity" on your aunt.
My eyes don't stop flowing water.
" ci don't know why. This heart is not calm also bi" I replied kelu
"Now, sit down and pray two roka'at and read the Qur'an after you sleep" said aunty gently stroked my hair which was still near her stomach.
Let's just say I made aunt give her distance until my hug on her body came off.
"Now do it" he said
Stared at.
I stood up the one my aunt had opened the door to ease my way.
I did what my aunt ordered me..
......
This morning...
At 8:30 in the morning a Perias bride came to my room.
Starting his strength to wear over my face which of course has been bathing and wearing kebaya couple clothes that have been prepared.
At 10:20 I was done with the makeup and baby kebaya crem that added to my building today..
At 10 a.m., the mothers who were appointed to pick up the groom were preparing to perform their duties.
At 10:40 the sound of 'saluang and talempong' music reverberating in my ears also clearly heard the voice of a man who shouted like a typical giving a cue.
Signifying the wave dance has been started and it also means the groom has been in front of the front tent of the house.
Because wave dance is a pencak-silat dance used in welcoming guests.
"Yellow lice prepare" the voice of a mother entering the house was clearly heard from inside my room.
" truck brought earlier" said another woman.
"Challenge" replied the woman who had come.
"Why yellow rice?" I asked the aunt who heard it looks like the lady*** was worried if the yellow rice was not there.
"That's our custom ci. The rice will be sprinkled for the groom first time to enter this place after the tarigelomvang ends" replied aunt .
" is that mandatory?" Ask me to wonder
"Eitherway. But, if there is none or we forget. People say that we don't obey or don't know customs" aunt's answer made me think that the answer was the same as mandatory.
"Are you nervous?" Ask aunt
"No bi. it's just that the urn's eyes had been moving around on their own" I said pointing to my right eye.
"Upper or lower?" Ask aunt
"Below bi"
"Hopefully good things" said the aunt, making me smile
"Amiin" answered.
"Ci. let's go down" mother's voice picked me up.
"Yes mak" I replied indicating that all customary processions have been carried out..
I looked at my mother inside.
I took my mother's hand.
"Sorry uci all this time mak" I said apologizing to him.
With her arms, my mother hugged me.
"Already son. Mak never sinned against you" said the mother in between her tears.
"Thank you" I replied.
"All right, let's get down" aunt's voice made us take off our arms.
"Let's see your makeup can be broken" replied the aunt looking at me.
"Hehheh" my smile
Looked at the aunt pressing the tissue on my face.
We headed to the front of the house.
Where the stage is made for the community in magic becomes a beautiful place for the procession of kabul ijab today.
