Divorce, Mother

Divorce, Mother
episode 70's

"You must have killed my son. You can't handle it. You must hate him. Because he asked for a divorce from you." accuse Mr. Husin of Iqbal.

"Patience to Patience. This is all destiny. Father's son, brought here alone is already in a state of weakness and unconsciousness." said one of the male nurses who helped take care of Rasti's body.

"Yes sir, after all, who takes care of patients is not dr. Iqbal. But another doctor." defended the other nurse.

"Oo so, you don't want to take care of my son Rasti. He's your ex-wife. What kind of doctor are you." snapped Mr. Husin.

"It's not so, sir. It's not my schedule. After all Rasti needs a specialist not me." Iqbal explained.

"Father get out first. Let us take care of the body first, so that it can be brought home immediately." forced one of the patients who was careless towards Mr. Husin.

Outside, Mr. Husin looked at Vina who was sitting in the waiting chair. He was banned from entering by Iqbal. In the ICU, it is forbidden to enter.

Rasti's mother only cried bitterly beside Mr. Husin. He regretted not going straight to the hospital when the hospital officials told them. She wanted to see and take care of her son. However, Mr. Husin, insisted against his wife's wishes.

"You must be happy, my son is gone. This must be your prayer." accuse Mr. Husin of staring intently at Vina.

"Sir sir. Istighfar." persuaded his wife to stroke his chest.

"What the hell is Mom. Our daughter is gone. It's all because of him. We weren't there when our son died, ma'am." beat Mr. Husin. Actually, he was disappointed in himself. Because of his selfishness, he let his daughter take her life without anyone beside him.

"And he agreed Rasti married Iqbal. Surely our daughter did not experience this bitter thing." raved Mr. Husin.

"It's our fault, sir. Not them. We are wrong as his parents. We are not right to educate our children. Don't throw our mistakes on others. Son, Vina was right not to allow Rasti to marry her husband. We are too selfish and coercive as parents. It's all our fault sir." Rasti's mother told her husband.

After the management of the body was completed, Rasti's body was finally delivered by ambulance to his parents' house. Iqbal and Vina also followed from behind. Mr. Husin and his wife chose to accompany their son in the ambulance.

"I'm sorry, you must be depressed by Mr. Husin's words" said Iqbal, turning to Vina for a moment.

"What's wrong, maybe because Mr. Husin just lost his son. That's why he behaves like that. Besides, I've heard. If the daughter will be closer to her father, because she is the first man in her life." explained Vina.

Then Vina's face was sad. "What do we mean. Not knowing who our parents are. Is he alive or not. Whether they remember us or not. Lucky children who are cared for by their own parents." complained Vina with eyes that began to dew.

"It is dear. Are we not happy? So, don't remember what made you sad." Take Vina's hand and kiss her.

"I'm just jealous. Envy, with people who can be with her parents." isak Vina.

And Iqbal, just let his wife cry and take out all the uneg-uneg on his mind.

When we got to Rasti's parents' house. Iqbal was certainly known by the people there. However, Iqbal still held Vina's hand. Because Iqbal was aware, if Rasti's relatives looked at Vina with a sharp and cynical gaze.

After the funeral procession was completed, Iqbal said goodbye to all of Rasti's extended family. He took Vina along.

"Now it is very busy Bude." said Iqbal smiling.

"Isn't it because it was banned by your wife?" the question was again glancing at the hands of Iqbal and Vina.

"Originally you know, Iqbal was very close to us. Especially if one of us is in trouble. He did not hesitate to help us. So, we hope after she marries you. You don't forbid him to keep doing good to us" he said again staring at Vina displeased.

"Yes Ma'am." said Vina briefly. Because he could not answer Bude Rasti's statement.

"But why since you've been married, Iqbal has never been here again. That's all you're banning, right? You're jealous if your husband is still close to his ex-wife's family." accuse Bude of Rasti again.

"How can I come here again? Since the arrival of my wife Vina and I. You guys keep staring at him cynically. Is it wrong to marry again? Remember, we only know because I was married to Rasti. After all, all this time I've respected you, only to the extent that I know you. You're not my family. So, stop making judgments about him." defended Iqbal. Then left the residence of the late Rasti.

"This must be the teaching of his wife. It looks good. Her heart was rotten." the voice that Vina still had heard before coming out of Rasti's house.
