Aunty Tini's Siomay recipe :

Siomay skin
2 tsp salt
1 White tofu (smooth)
150 G of sago flour
2 stems of leeks (fine slices)
50 Ml of ice water
1 tbsp fish sauce
3 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp pepper
250 G chicken thigh fillet (chopped)
2 cloves of garlic (mildew)
How to make
Mix finely chopped chicken fillet thighs, mashed white tofu, garlic, leeks, fish sauce, salt, sugar, and ground pepper. Sliced until perfectly mixed.
Then pour ice water slowly while kneading, also add sago flour. Wrap it until it mixes perfectly.

Steam siomay for 15 minutes or until cooked.
