Kim Sha Pie-then did not go to the hospital. He chooses to go to Hak-kun's apartment after Hak-kun gives him the news that he has just returned and has just arrived at his apartment.

Kim Sha Pie-then instantly turns off his phone again so Ryan can't trace his whereabouts because he knows Ryan has something on his phone so Ryan can find where Kim Sha Pie-then is anywhere

Kim Sha Pie-then walks over to Hak-kun and ends what happened during their time together.
