####flashback
Noah a young doctor has just finished his daily practice. It was almost midnight when he left the clinic where he worked for several months.
The road to his house was experiencing a power outage due to heavy rain accompanied by lightning struck. Noah was forced to slow down his vehicle due to the very dark atmosphere.
"Brughhhh" something fell right in front of the car he was driving. Noah was so shocked and frightened, the thought of him having bumped into someone enveloped.
Noah immediately got out of his car and saw the front of his car. A figure of a woman's body fell with the position of the face down exactly in the front of the wheels of her car.
"Oh my God, what am I doing" Noah who was young and had never experienced this before was so panicked.
Without a second thought, he immediately lifted the immobile body, making sure that the woman was still breathing and immediately turned back to the clinic. What Noah takes precedence at this time is the first rescue for the woman's life, though in fact she is still confused by what happened. Why did someone fall from the sky and hit his car.
The young woman who was saved was sentenced to be in a coma, until nearly two years old Noah was quick to keep and bear all the costs that came out to ensure his life support was maintained stable.
Until Noah graduates to become a neurologist at the largest private hospital in his city, the special patient he did not know was transferred. Noah provided VIP-class services and facilities for the woman.
####Flashback off

Noah arrived at the hospital ten minutes before the practice's opening hours began. His body currently felt fresher as it had gotten enough rest.
"There's still enough time to see him for a while before the practice starts" Noah decides to monitor the special patient's progress again.
Noah peeked out of Agnia's window before deciding to enter. Looking from that place, Agnia curled up in fear on the corner floor of the room, her eyes constantly moving wildly as if looking at something that no one else could see.
"I'll handle it" Noah's doctor immediately walked in and approached Agnia slowly.
"Good morning Miss Agnia" the young doctor greeted.
Agnia breathed a sigh of relief when she discovered that Noah was nearby.
"Did you see it?, there are so many of them here" Agnia half-whispered closer to Noah.
The man frowned in surprise at Agnia's words.
"What do you see?" Noah responded so gently.
"Seeing there, he stuck to the ceiling, his face smashed next door" Agnia pointed at the direction she called a creature attached.
"As far as that is, he has a flat face, from there standing motionless" Agnia pointed in another direction.
Noah tries to sharpen his vision but does not manage to find anything that Agnia says.
"Are you afraid of being alone in this room? you should be moved to a more crowded room, so they don't bother anymore" Noah who thought Agnia was hallucinating tried to respond as decently as possible, so that the girl was not offended.
"I didn't hallucinate the doctor, I saw a lot of sightings" the inflamed Agnia heard Noah's heart.
"Can you hear what I say in my heart?" Noah couldn't believe it. This case is not in accordance with the medical science learned so far. Agnia is a unique patient she first met during her career and this makes Noah even more curious.
