Fighting in the Yang Empire (Part 2)

“Are you going to continue like that?“ Xiao Feng was provoked by Liang Ye's anger that he had only been after things he was proud of.

“Stupid basis, It's called strategy,” Liang Ye replied casually.

Their fight was both fierce, the strength of the two was a draw, but in terms of strategy Liang Ye was slightly superior. As Xiao Feng approached, Liang Ye would move one hand from the bottom up, and his sword followed the movement of his hand. The sword that flew from the bottom up targeted Xiao Feng's lower body, so he had to dodge backwards, being forced to fight long distances which was Liang Ye's superiority.

“It won't end this way, isn't it time to get serious?” Xiao Feng was already impatiently defeating Liang Ye, he blew up his aura, the aura of a late-stage Absolute Swordsman.

“I guess, you have a point,” said Liang Ye and gave a pause on the word – he said, then continued, “This is indeed the time to be serious,” then detonated an aura equivalent to Xiao Feng, saying, then he took out two swords from his spatial ring, now he controlled 3 swords as his weapon.

“Hyaaa!”

Xiao Feng was flying at high speed, along with Liang Ye from the opposite direction doing the same. From below, – people can see two different colored lights colliding above the sky and producing an explosion that is not small.

“You're pretty good too,” Liang Ye said that like a compliment, but Xiao Feng knew that he was being denigrated.

“You're the only one who's good!” Xiao Feng snorted in annoyance.

Xiao Feng slashed his sword against Liang Ye's shoulder, but Liang Ye simply moved his right hand from left to right and his flying sword came fending off the attack that came easily.

A split second at about the same time, Liang Ye moved his left hand from the top down and his flying sword came from the sky targeting Xiao Feng's head. Xiao Feng reflexively moved forward to dodge the sword attack while simultaneously giving a fist left into Liang Ye's stomach.

Liang Ye flew to the side to avoid that deep powerful fist, at the same time he opened both palms then clenched them and the three swords he controlled attacked Xiao Feng from the front, back, and bottom.

Xiao Feng snorted then flew upwards avoiding the sword that was chasing his vital organs. But he was not aware that from above the sky Liang Ye was already waiting for him with a power-covered heel kick in a lot of intensity.

“Mati!” Cao Pi's sword will hit Liang Wei's neck.

Ting!

“Oh, Apparently you can still fend it off,” Cao Pi said with a grin, “Let's see, until when the rusty sword will last.”

Cao Pi continued to shake his sword and Liang Wei was still lying down and was not given a chance to get up because he had to fend off the attack.

Cao Pi's great strength made Liang Wei have to fight hard to hold him back. Cao Pi's relentless sword slashes and pauses kept his body pushed down and made the floor crack following his body shape.

Blood started to pour out from the corner of Liang Wei's lips. He was still suffering from the pain of the previous attack, now he had to endure that extremely brutal sword slash.

If Liang Wei just continued to fend off without doing anything else, then sooner or later he would lose. But he could not do what – was back then, as both his hands were used to hold the handle of the sword and his blade to fend off the attack. If he let go of just one hand, then the power to resist the attack would be reduced so that Cao Pi could use that momentum to slash at Liang Wei easily.

Liang Wei gritted her teeth as she continued to rack her brain in search of a way to give her resistance back.

“Why, boy? Aren't you so arrogant?. I'm sure you'll soon follow your real father to hell!” Cao Pi laughed loudly in ridicule, while continuing to make attacks at the same place that was Liang Wei's neck, and Liang Wei continued to fend him off.

“What did you say?” Cao Pi is offended. He realized that when he swallowed the pill, his face turned to resemble an ugly demon, his eyes reddened and his facial skin was like reptilian skin.

“I love that stupid look of annoyance, keep showing me!” Liang Wei laughed heartily – bahak.

Cao Pi glared at Liang Wei and said, “I will make you suffer to the point of begging to die!”

Liang Wei was kicked and knocked out of the house after making the wall hollow due to the impact of his body. He continued to crash and make the walls of the house – other houses perforated, then ended when he landed rough on the ground which is the streets of the Capital. Liang Wei lay helplessly with wounds all over his body.

Cao Pi appeared in front of him, strangled his neck then spoke right in front of Liang Wei's face. “Can you still be arrogant?”

Liang Wei was short of breath, but he laughed out loud and spat on Cao Pi's face, causing his face to become ugly.

“Bangs*,” Bumpat Cao Pi then slammed Liang Wei's body into the ground “I changed my mind, I will end you now!” Cao Pi thrusts his sword at Liang Wei's heart.

The sword was about to hit Liang Wei's heart, but he used his palm to resist the sword's thrust. The sword was translucent from the palm to the back of his hand. Then he moved his hand slightly to the side, so that the sword that pierced his hand did not hit his heart.

The corner of Liang Wei's lips curved up, then he said haughtily, “You must kill hundreds of millions of lives before trying to kill me.”

Two hiltless swords shot out from his dimensional space, then Liang Wei flew the two swords with his soul power. Unlike Liang Ye who had to use a finger or hand to control a soul sword technique, Liang Wei only used his mind, as his soul power had been at the peak.

The two swords aimed at Cao Pi's head and chest. Cao Pi's eyes widened, he removed the hand grip from the handle of his sword and jumped to the side with the reflex speed he had.

One sword he managed to avoid, but because the distance himself with the two swords was very thin, finally one other sword managed to scratch the arm so as to make it go black.

Cao Pi, who was out of patience, became lost in his mind, his human side began to disappear under the control of darkness, his eyes increasingly shining red and his fangs growing longer and longer. He did not speak and just continued to growl like a tiger, then jumped towards Liang Wei who was still lying down, intending to give a deadly attack without holding back again like before.

“You think, I will just be quiet,” sneer Liang Wei snorted disdainfully, then pulled out another sword in his left hand, along with that his facial features turned extremely cold.

As the Demon Emperor's double sword had been in the grasp of both of his hands, the wounds he suffered instantly healed and evaporated just like that, his speed and strength arriving – drastically increased. He rose from a lying position without using his hands and sword as a pedestal. Without waiting any longer, he slashed his sword forward welcoming Cao Pi's attack.

Boom up!

As a result of two great forces clashing against each other, the surrounding buildings collapsed, smoke appeared blocking the visibility. The two attacks paused for a moment as if waiting for the smoke to dissipate.

A while later, the smoke slowly disappeared, then it revealed Liang Wei and Cao Pi who exchanged sharp and intense glances.

“Let's start the actual fight,” challenge Liang Wei to Cao Pi while brandishing the sword in his right hand.

The Demon Emperor Dual Swords in his right and left hands, as well as the two hiltless swords floated over his shoulders. For the first time, the four swords he controlled at once, supported melee and long range in his fight.

“Grrrr!” Cao Pi said nothing but growling.
