Claire is pensively alone in the room thinking her fate is currently being tested.

"Son, you miss Papah?" shriek Claire while rubbing her stomach.

Suddenly he remembered Jason who had made him suffer. Suppose that the man is good to him even though his status is as a debt-redeeming woman.

"What are you thinking, Claire?" inner Rio unintentionally saw that gaze blank.

The phone vibration shocked her turns out that Ria's mother called because it has been five hours passed Rio and Claire has not given any news.

"Hello, Ma?" said Rio.

"Have you arrived yet?" tanyakanya.

"Sorry Mom. Two hours ago we arrived" Rio replied.

"How's Claire doing? The content is okay, right?" ask Ria's mother again.

"Yes ma'am, everything is fine," Rio added.

"What are you doing now?" ask Ria's mother.

"Claire is sleeping, ma'am" he said.

"Yes, rest up, tomorrow we'll talk to Rio." Rio's saying to Rio's mother.

Rio looked at Claire back then back to the room to take care of her needs so that tomorrow could work.

The next day Claire woke up early to hear a noise in the kitchen. He was surprised to see Rio cooking breakfast.

''Rio, what are you doing?" ask Claire.

''Let's have breakfast!'' bring Rio while smiling.

''Where did you get all this?" ask Claire wonder.

''Buy from the next stall, ''' point at Rio.

''There are so many women there?" ask Claire a little frown.

''Beautiful right?" rio asked while carrying a mature vegetable.

''Don't know, ''' elak Claire sat down.

''They asked about us.'' Claire's hand stopped hearing Rio's words.

''What's the matter?" ask Claire worriedly.

''Then, what did you answer?" ask Claire again.

''Suami wife.'' Claire choked on hearing Rio's reply.

''Drink this!" Rio gave the white water in the glass.

''Thank you, '' Claire said after finishing half a glass.

''Eat the right. Look at your face getting dirty.'' Claire was embarrassed.

''Brother Rio where are you going to dress so neatly?" ask Claire while switching the conversation.

''Work, Mr. village chief called me to work one of Claire's puskesmas," he explained.

"Yes, brother" he said slowly.

"I work, you wait for my brother here, I'll be back in the afternoon again" said Rio.

''Yes, '' Claire nodded.

Rio left the house yet his feelings were so anxious towards Claire that he stayed alone.

''I hope Claire is okay at home, '' he said slowly.

Along the way Rio greeted the residents while introducing himself.

''So Rio's coming from the city huh?" ask one of the people.

''Yes Ma. I came here together with the wife, Rio replied so proudly declaring Claire was his wife.

''Oh, I think you're single, ''' kekeh ya.

''Sorry Ma'am, '' Rio's laughter.

In just an instant Rio became the artist of Indramayu village. But this time Rio tried to keep his attitude so as not to invite trouble for him and Claire. Many of today's patients he's treated have forgotten Claire for a moment.

''Brother Rio, why haven't you come home yet?" claire muttered as she occasionally stared out.

''That woman turned out to be doctor Rio's wife huh?" whispered mothers happened to pass from the front of Claire's house.

''Yes, it's so pretty, '' added another mother.

Claire who heard the whispers of the citizens was embarrassed finally went back inside. He did not want to be the subject of the conversation of the citizens about him along with Rio.
