A Heart

Today is the 4th week Manda is unconscious, the handsome has gained weight. The sisters are more fond of the handsome because the more anxious the day. Every day Indra always comes just to visit Manda or bring the needs of the handsome.

Today when Indra came after lunch hour, she heard the cry of the handsome who was quite loud. Not usually the fussy handsome like today, the nurse had made milk, but the handsome still did not stop crying. Indra immediately held the handsome and tried to calm him down but to no avail, the handsome was still fussy.

" what exactly happened ? is he sick ? " ask Indra

" we checked it... But there's nothing wrong, everything's normal, but I don't know why the handsome guy's still fussy" said the nurse

Indra was still swinging the handsome in his carrier who was still crying. Suddenly Intan ran out of his room. He paid no heed to the handsome's cry and continued running small towards the igd room.

Indra and the sisters were surprised and confused by what happened, why Intan looked so panicked that he did not notice the handsome who kept crying from earlier. Indra continued to carry the handsome towards the igd room.

Seen from a glass Intan and the other doctors are doing action to Manda. They all looked so panicked and did what they could.

" oh my God Manda... What's going on ?" ask Indra

" Suddenly the vital signs of Manda's mother decreased drastically" said the nurse who was there

The handsome one who was in Indra's arms was crying loudly. Everyone looks in his direction. But they just kept quiet, not knowing what they should do including Indra himself just fell silent.

" maybe the handsome one is sad, his mother." said one of the sisters.

" nothing will happen to your mom, so don't cry" Indra said

All just speechless hearing Indra's words, their tears flowed to see the tiny baby will be lived by his mother.

Indra was still fondling the handsome who was still crying while continuing to say the word that Manda would be fine.

Intan came out with her lethargic face, she did not say a word and immediately kissed the handsome who was still crying. Indra knew what bad things had happened to Manda. Indra brought the handsome in and saw that Manda had been lying helpless, one of the sisters had removed the equipment stuck on Manda's body.

Indra walked over, slowly putting the handsome who was still crying beside Manda.

" Manda..... Wake up.... Look at the handsome guy, he wants you to hold him. Why did you leave... If you go who will take care of your child. Wake up Manda.." said Indra.

Indra changed the position of Manda's hand hugging the handsome who was still crying.

" Manda, look at your son" said Indra.

Miracle suddenly happens, Manda's fingers suddenly move touching her son's body. Indra realized that then called Intan to see it.

Intan approached and checked Manda's vital signs. Feeling that Manda's heart beat even though weak, Intan told the sisters to re-install the tools.

And it turns out to be true, Manda is back.

The handsome man was still in Manda's arms, but no longer crying, his little hand touched Manda's tubub who was still lying helpless.

" An age is happening" said one of the sisters, wiping away her tears

Everyone there was relieved, their tears turning into a smile. This time there was a miracle.

" you don't be happy, Manda is still in a critical period, Indra you come out, take the handsome out first, and everything stays focused on the patient" Intan said

Everyone nodded and did their respective tasks. While Indra came out while holding the handsome, this time there was no more crying, the handsome fell asleep in Indra's arms.

A few hours passed, Manda came out after reassembling the tools and checking everything. Manda's back, but she's still unconscious. There was nothing else to do, everything was just waiting for once more a miracle to happen, which was when Manda opened her eyes.

Intan looked at the handsome one who was asleep on a small bed, he stared at the handsome one for quite a while. Intan thought, This little baby may have called her mother back, maybe she does not want to live alone in this world.

" hi handsome, you're great today, your mama is safe, hopefully she'll open her eyes tomorrow." Intan

Indra and one of the sisters who stood not far from Intan were astonished by what she said. They looked at each other and simultaneously nodded, hoping that what Intan said would come true tomorrow.

Intan's working hours had ended today, she covered her face with her two small hands then bowed, tears suddenly falling. He remembered how much he had tried to save Manda. But when all his efforts are unsuccessful and Manda breathes his last right in front of Intan. He was really helpless at the time.

He never thought that Manda would come back to life with a touch of flesh and blood. It may be true that they have a bond between mother and child. Either a miracle or what but today he was really grateful bad things didn't happen to Manda.
