Dimas stayed there for a while but he was for the outside world then he would only take less than a second because he made this Afterlife Dimension have the same Time as the Low Universe because if it were he made this Afterlife Dimension the same as the main Universe then it would definitely only make the Soul Stacking that was dead every second.

So, During the Hereafter he explained their Tasks and what abilities they had, Of course he could instantly let them know about their abilities but he purposely did this in order to be able to talk to them.

Dimas smiled wryly when he heard their words especially from Ang, the Dragon who has angel wings and is Holy White. He was extremely loyal to Dimas even he would happily commit suicide for him, he was a Blind Fanatic even the Fanatic Word alone was no match for him.

But that does not mean that others do not have a great loyalty to Dimas just that they do not show too much in excess. They had gazes of determination towards the task Dimas gave them, they did not want to disappoint him at all but their manner of speech did not show Blind Fanatics like Ang.

After coming out of the Afterlife Dimension, Dimas did not immediately make a Mortal Life but rather he decided to take a break while thinking about what he needed to do.

And that break took 1 month before Dimas was finally ready to go make Living Beings. With Kaguya following him, Dimas and Kaguya go quite far from Planet Titan because for now he does not want Planet Titan to be known first.

Because Dimas made Titan the Main Planet of the Universe so this Planet will be the place where all the inhabitants will end up making the Living Things here very early for now.

"Drasil, Make a connection between one Low Universe and another, but limit it to only the Most Dominant Laws" Dimas said.

After a while they arrive at a Planet that looks like the Madest World but is better Hundreds of times and no Magma flowing on each side, This World will only be a World With a Tropical Climate Across the Planet.

They landed on the ground and Dimas began to do his duty as the god of creation, He began to make a hundred-numbered Body with different looks and divided into Two Gender types Of course. They had Reptile horns and Tails besides they looked like humans, their Skin was also Black in color with various Patterns on its body.

The pattern has its own Purpose and each Person has a different Pattern even though there are those who have a little similarity.

"Next is Making Souls for them" said Dimas, The Law of God can only create a Soul for an Infant because that Soul form is so Basic than an Adult Soul that the Law of God cannot make it because it is too Complex for incomplete Laws.

If God's Law was complete then it would be different story, but it didn't matter for now since he had no problem making a prefix. Plus Dimas was in an excited mood about the Life he was going to make.

So with just taking less than a second, their Souls instantly appeared and were absorbed into their Bodies yet they had no signs of going to wake up because Dimas did not want them to wake up now.

It would be nice if they did not know about him and acted normally without any history concerning him.

"What are they called, dear ?" Kaguya asked as she looked towards Dima asking for an explanation from him.

"They will be known as the Draconic Race, they are a group of Mutant Races because it will perfectly match the attitude of those who want a challenge, he said, they have a 500-Year Mass and to some degree a new Mass of their lives "Dimas explains to Kaguya about the Race he created.

Although it does not fit the shape but Dimas has prepared it for them to be Suitable to be called as the Draconic Race of course it is for the future later after the number increases very much.

" They look like us, but they're different and can I make Mortal Beings too ?" Kaguya asked with hope on her face and Dimas had no reason to oppose her because she was his wife.

"It doesn't matter, after all you have the Power for it. Only a High-level God I created can make a Living Being.... Maybe I also need to summon the Hereafter Dragon Trio, they would also definitely want to do that " Dimas said because he hadn't seen them for a month either and it should have been 833,000 years passed in the Netherworld by now.

" That's a good idea, but I think it would be better for me to make my Creation in the lower universe. I want my Creation to be able to roam the Universe " Kaguya said.

"Alright, I'll summon the Tria of the Netherworld Dragons later in the Low Universe as well because I need to compensate them and now, it's just Animal-making for their food" With it Dimas started making various Animal Types from Normal to non and even very strong ones that reached a certain level with various shapes according to this Environment.

In the early days of history, Life would rely on meat before finally finding edible Plants hence he made a myriad of Animals that they could hunt for their food whereas for Strong Animals it was to be a challenge For they had them learn to fight and the desire to be strong grew.

After that he began to move their habitat on this Planet, while for the Draconic Race then he moved them to a safe place for the time being by being divided into tribes. In the future they will meet in different forms again not only 2 Tribes but many Tribes and also different languages of the two Tribes because Dimas did not give them a language because of him want them to develop from the Beginning with a little help from him.
