Lyra and Max.

Max was surprised to hear the words from Mother Lyra, he felt his world seemed to be turned upside down. Around him felt spinning, his tongue felt twisted as he opened his mouth again. " A-boy?!"

"Yes, your son. When I found my daughter, she was 3 weeks pregnant. Two twins who just came out of the room, they're your sons and daughters. Their names, Archie and Ainsley." Vennie kept talking.

"Then why didn't he tell me anything and ran away?" max asked amid the shock.

"When Lyra didn't know she was pregnant, when I took her to the hospital the first time I found her. That's when the doctor said Lyra was pregnant 3 weeks." Answer Vennie.

Vennie saw Max still staring at her confusedly, "When she was 3 months pregnant, I told her to meet you to tell her about her pregnancy, I've tried to persuade her because somehow getting pregnant and giving birth without a husband is bad. But, when my daughter found out that you've been living with a woman named Gabriela let alone that she was pregnant with your child too, Lyra immediately refused to tell her about her pregnancy. She then asked me to help her get a divorce from you, when she received a letter from the court about the legalization of your divorce, he thought you accepted the divorce and he ended up going to LN and some days he's just back after 8 years there. But why are you confused? Didn't you sign the divorce papers and tell the lawyer that you don't care about Lyra anymore and you'll never see your son?"

" I swear I never found out if Lyra was pregnant with my child and never told a lawyer about it. It's not me, there's a misunderstanding here" Max replied.

Max rubbed his les face, he did not expect because his dishonesty about Gabriela would first affect it like this. Even during the 8 years he was separated from his two children, he blamed himself. "I was wrong, I was wrong." he muttered sadly.

"If you've realized you're wrong, you better never meet me let alone my two children! Master Max!" Lyra said as she walked into the room, her eyes staring emotionally at her ex-husband.

Max was aghast, he immediately stood up until he did not realize he was walking closer to the woman he had longed for. "L-lyra.." - She looked up as her hand reached for Lyra's face.

Lyra retreated, she would not be touched by the man who had betrayed her. "Don't touch me! You better go, Max! I don't want to see you again!" Afterwards the woman walked out leaving Max still sculpting.

"Would I explain everything now, Lyra will forgive me?" ogre.

Vennie hears Max saying, he approaches her. " If there is a misunderstanding you need to explain, then explain it. But after that, whatever my daughter's decision you have to accept it with a big chest. Never force your will, Lyra is not a woman who will take someone else's will for granted if she feels she can't accept it."

Vennie nodded, "Follow me, it looks like my grandson is in the back garden. If I'm not mistaken, my daughter won't be there. If she is upset or angry, Lyra will lock herself in the room. So, let's go see my two grandchildren." Bring Vennie.

Max followed his Former Mother-in-law to the back of the Mansion, a vast garden with many shady trees that felt very cool making him instantly breathe fresh air there.

"Ainsley, dear Archie. Come here, Grandma wants to introduce someone to you." Call Vennie.

Archie and Ainsley got off the swing and ran towards her Grandma, "Yes, Grandma?"

"Supply your Mommy friend, Mr. Max." Vennie.

The pair of twins were smiling widely, extremely beautiful and handsome. Max's tears immediately fell, he immediately wiped them. She squatted to equal her height with her two children.

"Hi, my name is Max. I'm your Mommy friend, so will you be friends with Uncle?" max said as he looked at his twins.

"Of course Uncle, let's be friends." Archie.

Max couldn't help but hold back his day, he cried while hugging his two children tightly. "Thank you for accepting Uncle to be your friend, Uncle also wants to apologize."

Archie's eyes glanced at his sister, Ainsley just shrugged he also did not know why the newly introduced Uncle was crying while hugging them.

Lyra cried to see Max hugging her two children, she peeked out from behind the window curtain of her room that led to the garden behind the Mansion. Her chest hurts when she remembers 8 years of raising her two children alone without Max.
