Looks like it was the source of the poison that the creature released. Nang Feng immediately sat cross-legged on the ground.

And most beneficially, Nang feng is now immune to all types of poisons of any kind .That monster core was a high-level poison that was at Saint level. Nang Feng's blood was now flowing a poison that could kill the effects of all poisons.

Nang Feng walked towards his front alone, as he did not know which way to get out of the Demon forest. So according to his heart, where will he go.
