" Steve please give my Daddy some time, I'm sure he just needs some time to accept our relationship, you go home don't wait every day out there because my Daddy won't come out and I won't be allowed to either." Ellen felt sorry for Steve who was always waiting in the car from morning until night.

" ellen's heart murmured Ellen was dizzy thinking about the problem now on one side of her Daddy on one side the man who used to always make her smile, Dion recalled, now Ellen can't keep Dion in because her Daddy forbids her to come out and Ellen only knows Dion's condition from Canice her mama Dion.
