Corazon culpa

Corazon culpa
Chapter 16

For the umpteenth time, Luca opened his eyes without me. In the hospital, he was alone, staring blankly at the ceiling of the hospital puti, inhaling the smell of bleach and sighing resentfully at the hose attached to the back of his hand.

A nurse in the next room pulled open Luca's curtain. He fiddled with his infusion hose, then asked a few things.

"Sir Luca, do you feel that someone is sick ?." Luca shakes.

Both of his shoulders were down. Her voice was busy noting the progress of the patients and she did not have a long chat with the man lying alone.

The doctors just finished a meeting. A group of doctors from various specialists had plans to help cure Luca's vocal cords. Due to a previous surgery error, there was a part of his vocal cords that was scratched so they agreed to re-operate Luca.

This time, there was a healthy card program from the Swedish government, so Luca could use it to apply for surgery.

Before that, the doctors had to see Luca first to make sure their intentions were accepted or not.

Dr. Rafael and two other specialists came to visit Luca's ward. They were standing around Luca's bed.

"How are you?" asked Dr. Rafael.

Luca's hand stuck out asking for a ballpoint pen and paper. The cumbersome communication tool makes it extra hard work writing in pain infused hands.

"Good, doctor. Am I allowed to go home?," showed the doctors his writing.

"No, Lu. We'll have to do some surgery on you."

"Operation ?. I don't want to. My face is fine, doctor."

"Not your face but your vocal cords." Doctor Rafael points at his own neck.

It's clear, he's going into the operating room again. Today too Luca went into the operating room.

A state of grief enveloped Lopez's family. On the happy day of Heidi and her grandmother's birthday, I shed tears in front of Diego's grave.

Diego Lopez's. My beloved, who I love so much, died in an accident. After donating blood to Luca, I agreed to be cheered on. I don't know if that was the last day I met Diego.

No one knows when or where someone died. I just know that those who are left behind must be steadfast and let go.

Heidi patted me on the shoulder a few times. Her smile faded and I had to get her to chat after Luca's funeral.

The clergy immediately prayed for Diego after the litter masons completed their duties. In his kamit-do'a, I heard that he prayed to be quiet in nature, to have the best place by His side and to be received for all his goodness. Aamiins.

"Heidi, can I talk to you for a second ?." I prevented Heidi from stepping into her car parked on the cemetery road. Heidi.

"What's up, Elle ?."

"I'm being honest with you."

I took a deep breath and took it out slowly. I know it's very hard for Heidi but I have to tell Luca about Diego's blood donation.

After I told Heidi everything. His face is wrinkled. He stared in disbelief at me. Then, give a curse after what I have done.

Sloppy. Very Sloppy. Diego never gave his blood to anyone. Sharing kindness with a blood donor on the red cross alone never. As her sister, Heidi did not know why her brother hated it so much.

If Diego wants to donate his blood, that's good. That is, before his brother died there was a great merit that he saved.

Doctor Rafael came out of the operating room and the light turned green. The nurses and several doctors walked out alternately from the room to clean themselves up.

At the door there is already a Lionif waiting for the latest news. Luca's biological father is monitoring whether his son is better than ever.

"Doctor!. Just a minute." Lionif prevents Doctor Rafael.

"What's up, sir?," took off the mask.

"How's Luca doing ?. He can talk ?."

"The operation has succeeded. We just need to wait for him to wake up." The doctor patted Leonif on the shoulder and he nodded.

Two hours after the operation, Luca was transferred to the ward. Leonif, Frank and Rosa are in Leonif's ward just in case his son suddenly regains consciousness.

"I can't imagine what would happen if we were honest." Rosa massaged her head.

"Repace, Rosa. He should be able to accept that I'm his father." Leonif rose pitam.

"But he's still my son" Rosa said.

"Although he never called you father. Still want to hope he's back at your house ?."

Frank ended the debate between his wife and brother. Once checkmate matt, Leonif and Rosa were silent for a moment.

Luca's fingers were moved asking for a response. Rosa immediately approached him and Frank ran out to call the Doctor.

Rosa just keeps kissing Luca's hand full of haru. He regrets having thrown her out of the house due to an accident that ruined his career.

In order for Leonif not to take Luca, Rosa begins to behave sweetly and persuade Luca.

"Stop, Rosa!." Leonif jealous.

"What's wrong with you ?."

Not yet Rosa replied, Doctor Rafael and Frank rushed in. They immediately approached Luca and checked his condition.

Doctor Rafael's flashlight saw that his vocal cords were fixed. In a few days, he was able to practice speaking. Before that day arrives, doctors forbid people nearby to talk at length a problem.

Leonif doesn't care. The longing for Luca cannot be contained anymore. Confidently, she said that Luca was her son and they should go home soon. Luca's parents, who had been taking care of him since childhood, spoke up. They argue that they will not give their children to anyone, including their own father.

Impressed by her selfishness, Rosa and Frank want Luca to be her son. As long as the boy stopped in his arms, his life changed. He no longer eats wheat bread without jam as he used to. Now, he eats chicken and meat every day with Luca's savings.

Singing is her hobby so Luca never realized her savings were running out slowly. Spent by his mother's father for the positive is not a problem but the money is used for the bad.

Half of Luca's savings were used to secure the release of Rosa and Frank's biological son, Fanta, to escape from an Oklahoma prison. The case of killing his own girlfriend while sleeping together drags him to a layered market which charges him twenty years in prison. Tired of caring for her adopted son, Rosa and Frank begin to miss the biological children who can take care of her family.

Not only to free Fanta, Rosa and Frank use the money to harm Diego. You're thinking, why would a cop donate vocal cords and crash into a ravine is pure. You're wrong, Frank and Rosa were behind the incident. Construk hired a few hundred-dollar-a-day guy who showed Rosa to everyone.

Doctor Rafael who heard the confession of the crime can only be silent while recording.
