Bandung volunteer headquarters, all of them never stop to make sure the state of Mila is fine. The figure of a new rafka coming from hiding is made anxious with the look of his friend's face that is not as usual.

"May Nur be good ² only" Audy said making Rafka run towards him. Well indeed if this month Rafka has officially become their team. Their change is very familiar because Rafka's side is also friendly on everything.

"What happened to Mila?"

In her panic Rafka knows that yesterday, today, and tomorrow she really loves Mila.

It was precarious at the scene. Police officers found Mila's cell phone and dialed the contact number she called last time. Wati remember that before the accident, she called for her husband's menu.  She was shocked and panicked when she got a call from a police officer who said she had been in a severe accident on her trip.

Wati ran over and knocked on Rasya's still quiet room door with a worried mind.

Rasya got into his car, took Mila with his cell phone. For a moment he was relieved and then panicked when he heard the voice of the girl he believed was open the voice of his wife.

"Sorry, the number you are going to is not active or out of reach" said the girl from across the phone making Rasya throw his phone directly.

Rasya ruffled his hair in annoyance and then pulled the spring to increase the speed of his car.

"Mil.if you are truly obedient to your husband, I will not allow you to leave me" said Rasya worriedly who began to see the crowd of police in front of him.

"Wait for me because I am your husband" Rasya said.

Arriving at the scene, Rasya immediately left his car. Likewise with Rafka who threw his bike directly in the middle of the road. The two ran when they saw Mila's body full of blood being carried into the ambulance.

Rasya held tightly to Mila's hand while giving her first aid, "Bertahan"liih Rasya with her clothes that were already full of Mila's blood when hugging her.

Mila opened her eyes in an already very weak state, "Sya, I'm afraid"

"Don't be afraid!everything will be fine as long as I'm with you"

"Ben mil,gue is sure that Lo is a strong girl" Rafka said, sitting to her left.

"I believe you" said Mila, who began to close her eyes.

Rasya held tightly to Mila's hand and kissed her, "you should be fine because there is one important thing I have to tell you" Rasya said as she shed her tears.

"Wake up a mile..wake up.." said Rasya holding both of Mila's cheeks and stroking her head," wake up please, I want to tell you that I am.........."Rasya said while adjusting his breath that was already filled with tightness in his chest.

"......your husband"the connection makes Rafka's hand loose.

At Arya Sanjaya hospital, everyone pulled over when they heard ambulance sirens coming from the gate. The sound of the gurney wheel made the atmosphere of the hospital a little tense. Then Rasya got out of the ambulance while taking Mila's gurney to the emergency room.

The operating room is ready with all the essential equipment. The door was covered with a red light as a sign of the operation. Everyone started wearing handscone gloves to start their operations.

Things are not going well .Rasya stopped his steps when he saw Mila who was full of blood on his operating table. His hands shook for the first time. His legs numb, his concentration blurred to do his one-second principle. How not?a marriage, a conflict, a job, a friendship, or even love has filled the athletic man's mind to do his job.

The faithful young assistant accompanied him in the hospital for many years kept staring at him confused to the point of not blinking. He really did not expect that today he would see a professional doctor frozen in his operating room.

"Doctor, what are you doing?if you don't hurry he can die" Alfin said, mimicking Rasya's words he always insisted on.

Rasya fell silent, staring at his two hands that were still trembling. He did not know why the hand that always saved thousands of patients suddenly lost its function. He was really panicking to cope with his own anxiety until the surgical scissors slipped out of his grasp.

"How did this happen?why can't I do it?"lirih Rasya while staring fearfully at the tray of her operating equipment.

"Doctor...be aware.." said Alfin who was nervous to see Mila's heart rate that began to be unstable.
