Striking Friska

Friska whimpering in pain. She's about to give birth.

Fathir had just said goodbye because there was a job he could not leave behind.

"Mirror.....!" Shouted Friska.

Gery's on standby. He's been taking leave of absence from his office for 12 days. Annual ration. He deliberately took a leave of absence near the birth of his son.

Gery immediately approached Friska to her room. Gery saw Friska in pain. Gery immediately called the doctor who used to handle Friska.

"Don't come any closer..!! I don't want to see you..!!!" Friska yelling.

"Mrs....!! Papa....!! Aacch.... Huuu..." Friska is in real pain.

"Nobody's home, Friska." Gery said patiently.

"Thatiii...!!" Shouted Friska.

"Fathir just left for the office." Said Gery. Gery's got Friska's gear in the car. Just carry Friska. But Friska still insists on rejecting Gery.

"Aacch... Mama...!"'s search....!" Friska groaning.

"I beg Friska... Let me do good for you." Gery said.

Friska is in more pain. Gery could not see it. Without a second thought he immediately carried Friska's body.

Friska has resigned. The pain is already unbearable. "Aacchhh....!"

"Hold Iaaang....." Gery hurry. Gery immediately sat Friska in the driver's side seat. Gery put the seatbelt on Friska. Half-run Gery opens the car door for himself.

Friska kept moaning. Gery accelerated his vehicle.

15 Minutes later Gery's car arrived in front of the lobby of Hospital A. He immediately ran and shouted at the nurse to prepare the gurney. The nurse was prepared because of the doctor's instructions.

Doctors have also prepared the equipment for Friska's delivery.

Friska's been treated by a doctor. "Did Friska's husband not accompany her?" Ask Doctor.

Gery seemed to doubt. She's her biological father but she's not Friska's legal husband yet.

"Doctor... I'm the biological father of the child Friska conceived... Can I accompany him?" Ask Gery to doubt.

The doctor frowned. She's confused. "Haaahhh...? How can you?" The doctor looked confused. "Sorry Sir... Where's Miss Friska's legal husband? Mr. Atala." Ask Doctor.

Gery shakes. "He's not here. I'm Atala's sister." Said Gery.

"Sorry sir, still can't." The doctor said, closing the delivery room.

Gery could still hear Friska's screams in so much pain.

30 Minutes after the doctor came out.

"How's Doc?" Brondong Gery panicked who saw the Doctor come out.

"Sorry Sir... Miss Friska fainted. She hasn't delivered her child yet." Obviously Doctor. "We may take Caesar's action. I need approval from the family." Said Doctor.

"I'll be in charge Doc." Said Gery.

Previously, the doctor had informed the health risks of Friska to the whole family. Gery was told by Atala.

And secretly Atala and Gery have prepared Friska treatment to Country T. Atala had also contacted the Physician and Papa Carlos there. Just in case there's anything untoward about Friska's health.

Atala and Gery secretly because Rafa is the kekeh do not believe in traditional medicine.

Gery has prepared a passport and plane ticket to go there.

Unmitigated Gery's savings run out to rent a special plane carrying Friska later.

A caesarean operation was also carried out.

Fathir, Diandra, Ustadz Joey, Rafa, Siska and Atala had already gathered there. Their faces looked tense waiting for the labor process whose condition Friska unnatural.

An hour ago the doctor treated Friska. The operating room lights are on. The doctor opened the operating room door. His face looks tired.

The sound of baby crying.

"What about my daughter, Doc." Ask Rafa.

"What.!!?? No way!!" Rafa yells. Siska fell unconscious. Rafa hugged him right away.

"Doctor what happened?" Atala asked who could still catch the unfinished Doctor's language.

"Bu Friska comma. The bleeding cannot be stopped. But we keep supplying blood to Ms. Friska." Obviously Doctor.

Atala nodded at Gery. Atala and Gery had talked to the doctor about alternatives if there was an unwanted possibility.

Atala asks her Mama to take Rafa and Siska to the action room because Mama Siska fainted.

Doctors and nurses work fast. They brought Friska's gurney into the ambulance that had been prepared.

Gery immediately uttered the Adhan to his daughter's ear. Friska gave birth to a daughter. He was very healthy, nothing less. Only Friska's condition is worrisome.

Then Gery gave it back to the nurse to be cleaned immediately. Gery also told Mama Diandra to take care of her daughter as long as she brought Friska to the State of T.

They're getting ready to go to the airport. Doctors who handle Friska also participated to monitor Friska's condition so as not to pass.

Gery kept praying. He recites the Quran which He has memorized. And some of the Prayers recently taught by Ustadz Joey.

Physician, Papa Carlos and some of Papa Carlos' men are ready to welcome the group from Jakarta.

The physician had also prepared his medical equipment as well as the traditional medicines that he had formulated after getting the medical information Friska from the Doctor who handled Friska.

Papa Carlos' son has brought Friska's gurney to the Physician's practice room.

The healer immediately handled Friska. Gery still faithfully accompanies Friska.

"Son... The chances of Friska recovering are slim. I will try as much as possible. Because from the medical report of the Doctor, the complications have been very severe. And Friska just added a new wound from Caesar." Obvious Physician.

"Many prayers go out to the God Who Created Us." Physician Messages.

Gery nodded. He recited the holy verses of the Quran. The doctor smiled listening to Gery's reading.

Doctors and nurses rested for a while because of the extremely tiring journey.

Papa Carlos entertains them very well. Doctors also shared a lot with Papa Carlos about herbal treatments.

"Your science I have nothing. I only know the names of the ingredients. But what it's useful for, I don't understand. The physician understands better." Obviously Papa Carlos is down.

Papa Carlos has also prepared a place for the Doctor and the nurses to rest.

Papa Carlos does quite well in Indonesian, if he is confused, he will mix his language with English.

The doctor is still focused on Friska. Some of his assistants helped him. Because this treatment is very complex.

"Where is my daughter?" Rafa has just realized that he no longer finds his daughter in Hospital A. He only found Diandra who was giving formula milk to his grandchildren.

"Prophe Mr. Rafa.... Gery and Atala are trying to get your daughter the best treatment." Ustadz Joey.

"meaning?" Rafa looks confused.

"The doctor hasn't finished talking when your wife faints. The critical state of Friska. His life still exists. Atala and Gery too the Doctor has prepared something that God willing will do good." Ustadz Joey said again.

"So Ustadz meant, Friska was taken to that traditional medicine?!" Rafa doesn't believe it.

"Truly Mr. Rafa... Help Atala and Gery with Prayer... Sickness, soul and death are all in the hands of Allah SWT. Every disease has a cure. God will not give his people more trials than he can." Advice Ustadz Joey.

Rafa sighed. He realized, all this time He had never prostrated himself to the One Who Created It. Ever since she didn't get married to Tia, there was nothing to remind her firmly. Siska always reminded him but not as firmly as Tia. So Rafa was as good as he was.

"Allah forgive the sins of the Servant. Perhaps this is a rebuke to the Servant, for the Servant is so arrogant. Forgive the Servant of God." Inner Rafa.

Ustadz Joey rubbed Rafa's shoulder. "Repent before it's too late." Advice Ustadz Joey.

Rafa nodded. He shed tears.
