While in the car, Kemal continued to hold Cinderella's hand, his gaze was still focused towards the hospital road, the plan he would spend the night there, accompanying his wife's parents.

Arriving at the hospital, they walked hand in hand, without fear if any paparazzi took his picture. The nurses were heard whispering about the two of them, no matter what they were talking about, it seemed like they were jealous of Cinderella's life who managed to get the dream man beside her.

Kemal who realized if his wife talked about people, he increasingly possessive hugging tightly around his wife's waist.

“Don't listen to them, let's just say last breeze,” whispered Kemal who walked with Cinderella.

While passing through the waiting room of the pharmacy, there was a young woman who pushed Cinderella's body, making Cinderella fall to the floor.

“Aw ...” heard Cinderella moaning in pain.

“You're not papa?” asked Kemal who was panicking hearing Cinderella's voice.

“Sick Mal.” Cinderella pulled the hand of Kemal who was about to chase after the person who pushed her.

“How? What to do?” ask the confused Kemal.

“Bring me down first, my stomach is a little cramp!” Cinderella's orders. Kemal immediately carried Cinderella's body and sat her in a chair not far from where she stood.

“What do you feel? Where does that hurt?” asked Kemal in the middle of his panic.

“Call the obstetrician like we are going to lose our child,” Cinderella said who had leaned her body on the sofa.

“No it can't happen, I love them, it can't happen,” said Kemal while holding Cinderella's stomach, he then ran to find an obstetrician for Cinderella.

Cinderella waited long enough in the chair, enduring the pain in her stomach, until slowly her consciousness began to decline.

Kemal who just arrived, immediately brought Cinderella to the IGD room, the pregnancy of his wife was only five months, it was still too vulnerable if Cinderella fell. Especially with her condition that contains twins.

The examining doctor had already walked out of the room, making Kemal sigh in relief.

“Say, what happened!” kemal's orders.

“The dependency is fine, but your wife does not move much first, fearing it will cause contractions again, keep your wife from falling again, if that happens, then, most likely you will lose the child that your wife is carrying,” explains the doctor who made Kemal clenched his fingers.

Kemal thought about who the person who accidentally dropped his wife earlier, to make his condition like this. He grabs his cell phone asking Billy to investigate through a cctv recording at the hospital.

Kemal immediately entered the IGD room after hanging up his phone. He approached Cinderella, who was sleeping on the hospital bed. His hand extended to touch his wife's cheek.

“Don't worry everything will be fine,” he said who was already sitting on the edge of the bed.

He then asked the nurse to provide a room for his wife. His plan to accompany his in-laws stay should end with him looking after his wife. He deliberately did not tell his in-laws because he did not want to burden them by seeing Cinderella's condition like this.

Kemal woke up last night, waiting for Cinderella to wake up, but his wife was asleep until morning. Kemal watched Cinderella stretch her body.

“Available?” tanya Kemal walked over towards Cinderella.

Cinderella who just realized the reflexes felt her stomach.

“Yes, they are fine, don't worry,” explains Kemal who has rubbed Cinderella's stomach.

“Mama know not, I'm here.” Kemal shook his head in response.

“I'm afraid they're worried about your condition so I'm just saying, if you're not feeling well and can't come to the hospital,” explained Kemal.

Cinderella lowered her leg to get out of bed. However, not until his feet stepped on the floor the sound of Kemal clashing filled the room that was not too big.

“Mau why you!” bentak Kemal's.

“I want to go to the toilet,” replied Cinderella with still continuing her intention.

“Doctor says you can't move, it's a danger to our child, can you just obey!” maki Kemal stared sharply at Cinderella. Cinderella could only waste her breath because of Kemal's clashing sound.

“Please wait here, I'll ask diapers on nurses, why don't they put a catheter!” gerutu Kemal who was about to get out of his seat.

“Don't be crazy, man! I don't want to wear diapers, here you just carry me!” Kemal immediately stopped his steps turning his head towards Cinderella. With a smile she drew closer to Cinderella. She lifted Cinderella's body and carried Cinderella's body into the bathroom.

“Do I want to take a shower? Your body seems to be sticky,” bargain Kemal who immediately get a sharp gaze from his wife.

Cinderella immediately asked Kemal to get out of the bathroom, because it was uncomfortable if Kemal was there.

“Call ‘Sayang’ if you are done, I will lift you,” Kemal said with a smile. Unlike Cinderella who is still reluctant to display her sweet smile.

When she finished, Cinderella immediately walked out of the bathroom, regardless of Kemal's request to come.

“Nah, right! Why is it stubborn ... Doctor says you can't move, you want to harm our child!” maki Kemal as Cinderella walks slowly towards her bed.

“Pacify yourself, I'll be fine.” Billy who has come can only pay attention to the behavior of the industry that is being drunk on romance.

Kemal covered the feet of Cinderella who was sitting on the bed, he had brought porridge in his hands, preparing to feed his wife.

“You didn't see yesterday that someone hurt you, I won't accept if something happens to you,” Kemal explained while feeding hospital food to Cinderella's mouth.

Cinderella was happy when she heard Kemal's words, she was happy because behind the nature of Kemal who was once a female player, Kemal was also able to love her as deeply as he loved Kemal.
